Very great experience! We did not have to wait to be seated. The food came out super quick and it was very fresh!!! We had the best waiter shoutout(Nikki) and we will be back this was the best restaurant experience ever!!!
This was our first time visiting Outback in Prattville Al. The occasion was our son just turned 13 years old. We immediately noticed the spacious parking spaces outside which is a + because no one wants to go eat out and get a full belly and coke back to find a scratch in their vehicle. The inside was welcoming and spacious & everyone we came in contact with was really welcoming and nice. Food was ordered , came to the table hot and fresh, just an overall A+ vibe. Our son enjoyed himself & we will definitely be back!! If you haven’t tried Outback it’s definitely worth itKid-friendliness: They have a menu for the kids as well.. it was easy to read, pictures where definitely helpful when making a decisionParking: Very spacious, not cluttered.. we actually had several options on where to park & it was a Saturday night dinner
I visit this location maybe every 2 weeks. But I have to give Brain L..💯+on his customer service. The best I have encountered in a Restaurant.
We are regulars at Outback and our go to Server is Brain G. Tonight though we found another star at Outback. Hope was the host tonight and boy is she a game changer. We sat close enough to witness and hear her infectious personality as she greeted every guest who walked in to Outback. Hope is obviously a TEAM player as she walked around checking on guest and making sure her fellow employees had support! Thank you Outback for another great night.
My husband and I (D and D) just had dinner at the Prattville location and had a wonderful experience with a server named Anthony (Ant). Ant is one of the best servers we've ever had anywhere. He was personable, had a smile every time he came to our table, and was quick to meet all our requests. The food was very good too. If you go to the restaurant, I recommend you ask for Ant.
Best restaurant experience in a long time. Outback is always wonderful but this one was truly excellent. Our server was the best we have had in a while. She completely understood I was dining with my family including a 3 yr old and went out of her way to include him. Didn't meet the cook but best food in forever.
Stopped in for dinner, the host sat us at a table with no server assigned but quickly figured it out and was so apologetic! The waitress, Laura, was accommodating and kept our drinks filled! She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Our steaks were cooked perfectly by Tony on the grill, so much so that I asked for his schedule so I’d know what nights are good to come in again! Overall an excellent experience!
My husband and I were there for our anniversary last night. Our server was Kaitlyn, and she was exceptional. She was sweet, prompt and attentive without being overbearing, and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food was delicious and perfectly cooked. We'll definitely be back!
Waitress was super nice. It was busy with short staffing so I was trying to be reasonable but our food was horrible. Steak was way to done, didn't bring hubby's shrimp until right before the ticket, sauce was not applied to either burger ordered, and the fries were way over cooked. .. it was just a mess. Even the salad was bad. For those prices i wanted something, anything to taste good. I remembered immediately why we stopped going.
Arrived and was seated, then completely ignored. Could not get the attention of any of the servers and watched as they served a group that came after. No apology, not even an excuse, just blatant disregard. Wish I could give 0.1 stars to express the same disregard I was given.
I hadn't been to Outback in a long time but I was meeting friends who picked it. It was so good. I was pretty basic and ordered chicken fingers with a house salad and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. I don't know what they put in that mac and cheese but I could not stop raving about it I won't wait as long between Outback visits anymore.
Friendly welcome, food was disappointing the house salad was drenched in dressing so it was difficult to taste the actual salad. My ribeye was floating in juice, and 50% fat 50% meat ordered medium got well done the sweet potato was drowned in butter so unable to taste the soggy potato.Husband ordered the porterhouse as a treat, was just ok, same comments on the salad and sweet potatoes.Based on this visit we would not visit another Outback but we know this is way below par for the ones we have visited.
