We were there for my mom's birthday dinner. They took almost 1 hour to sit us despite them stating the wait was 20 minutes. When we finally sat down it took another 30 minutes just to get our drink order and food order. We didn't get napkins or utensils until we got our food. We all ordered steaks, shrimp and my dad ordered a salad with it. The salad was soggy and old ALL of the steaks except my 10 year Olds were OVERCOOKED. Shrimp tasted like nothing..even the blooming onion seemed old. The waiter was super nice and appeared to be the only one working so I don't blame him . My mom ordered a Pina colada and what she got was a bunch of crushed ice, a splash of pineapple juice and a dash of alcohol. Absolute worst drink and food we have ever received. Over $230 spent on a mediocre meal. There was also all kinds of trash on the floor that no one bothered to pick up or tidy up. We will NOT be going back PERIOD. So incredibly dissapointing. We should have known better but hope to warn others now. STAY AWAY

It is not Outback's fault that there were several families visiting who let their kids run around uncontrolled and that really detracted from our birthday dinner. Our server accidentally ordered the wrong food for my date and apologized but blamed the Internet and their stylus. I am not sure if this is the normal or not but not sure I will be back to find out...

I was not pleased at all… my parents and went make a to go order..first the hostess overlooked us… by seating the customers that came in after us… second, she kept pointing to the to go area as if we knew where to go…. third, the order taker for to go orders seems as though she couldn’t be a little patient… I understand she had other customers… my parents was trying to get an understanding about the menu…. I work at a restaurant and that is unacceptable to me…
