What happened to this Sonic location? This place is so ghetto now, and I frequented it a lot for a very long time. Half the stalls' menus don't work, so you have to keep pulling in and out of stalls to find one that does work. The service here is extremely slow. It's not uncommon to wait 20+ minutes for food after ordering, and they cheat the system by saying your order is on its way when you really have maybe 5-10 minutes left to wait. I'm sure that makes the wait times look good in your KPI reports.

Food was cold, way too salty-hot dog meat, that is.I would also suggest that this Sonic have slaw for the Hot Dogs, and chicken plates, like they have in Greenwood, MsBeen missing for the over 10 years living here in Al!

Good service. Good food. Bit expensive for fast food. My frustration is with the app. Would like the ability to select no bun. My son and I can't have gluten. Super frustrating I can't choose no bun. :(. Also lots of broken

Check your food before leaving if you plan to order and take home! My daughter and I eat there or from there several times a month. Tonight we ordered and and they left my sandwich out so we had to go back and me already being disabled is to much to run back and forth trying to get what I ordered to start with. We shouldn't have to check if what we ordered is in the bag or not. Then I couldn't get them to rewarm the cheddar peppers and cheese sticks so by time I get home to eat my order I finally have a samich and cold peppers and cheese sticks.

Food was just ok. Tots tasted like they had been sitting all morning (it was about 930am). Carhop was polite and food got to me in a timely. The property itself was kinda rundown. And some of the stations werent working. But overall it was good.Wheelchair accessibility: They bring food to your car. So, nobody even has to get out.
I don't do reviews but the food I just got was unacceptable. Burger was like they dunked the bread in water it was just mushy slime with meat and toppings in the middle all mashed together. I won't go there again
