I am specifically reviewing Cloverdale rd location in Florence AL. I see some of the reviews, particularly negative seem to focus on other locations. So these guys are always cool and professional. The food takes about 20 minutes, and they are consistent. This isn't McD, they actually cook your order. I think their food is great, and worth the wait. Some say it is a little pricey but everything is crazy high. Phillycheese, ribeye sandwiches, few other steaks I have had were very good. Haven't had a bad experience so wanted to give this spot da bump.

Cooked exactly the way I requested. All my food was delivered and in a timely manner. Crew was very professional and kind. Love eating here when I don't feel like cooking.

I ordered the cobb salad. There wasn't hardly any meat, no egg. Basically mushrooms and wilted lettuce. Was really disappointed because last time I ate the salad it was really good

My family and I have always received good & tasty food from Steak&Stuff. We have had steaks, shrimp, hamburgers, pork chops, salads, chicken sandwiches. Even desserts. Their Ice tea is good too. I learned about Steak & Stuff from work. Other employees were sending around a note and menu notifying everyone on our unit. Steak & Stuff for Lunch Day.

The food was good, but the language between the cook the owner or whoever it was working the counter at that time, it's horrible. The FedEx guy came in and his mouth was just as filthy as all the rest of them I got sick to my stomach listening to them talk, will not be back

Our food not one time in the probably 40 we’ve ordered from has it not been exactly as ordered. That’s unheard of these days! They take pride in their food and it shows!!
I love Steak N Stuff!Everything I've had has been amazing from the steak/ steak tips, Philly cheese steak sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, cheeseburgers and potatoes.I love that they deliver, too! Very convenient.
