KFC closes at 10 pm. So when I got off work at 9pm I came to order me some great special chicken sandwich. But the woman at the drive thru was rude and denied me service. She said only Taco Bell was open. And told us to leave. She was so hateful.That made me sad. and hurt my heart. Never coming here ever again.

Bad service they will tell you to pull up and wait which will trick the timer thing which goes to corporate this place should be shut down and never built again and the workers are just plain rude I'm never eating here again.

Ordered and paid for food. After waiting for 10 minutes and everyone else in my party getting their food, we asked about mine and the cashier didn't want to believe i ordered or paid for anything despite having a receipt. Then they asked if i actually got my food but ate it and got confused.

This has got to be the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.I was asked to pull around because my legs were cooking. I ordered a two piece with fries and a drink.I was told it would be 5 minutes. I waited 15 and came inside. They had forgot about my order. I waited another 10 minutes and settled for two chicken legs and a drink.They were still waiting on fries and they forgot my biscuit lol. The lady in front of me said she had been waiting for 35 minutes. There had to have been at least 7 employees in the kitchen. This location needs to give another franchise a chance because this ain’t it Chief.

I drove 15 miles, past 2 Jack's to get to this KFC. I got to the drive thru at 11:15 and was told that they were opening late due to short staff. They said they may open after 12:00. It is bad enough that their indoor dinning has been closed since March 2020. Now they can't even open the drive thru. Stop going to this location. Let's just shut it down.

I just KFCin south side Al. I ordered the 12 meal w/ 3 sides. I was told at the window all they had available were 3 breast and 8 wings. I asked if they were dropping g more chicken, she said would be 15 to 18 minutes so we decided to wait. Food came and we went home. I checked to make sure I had my sides but I didn’t count the chicken in the parking lot. I ordered 12 I paid for 12 and received 8. The Mac n cheese was very dry and hard. Like it was scraped from the bottom. The staff was very unfriendly and I swear to God they didn’t even crack a smile. I will not visit this restaurant again.if you do I wish you luck.

I ordered 12 piece meal paid for 12 piece meal and received an 8 piece. Mac n cheese was dry and hard. Like it had been scraped from the bottom of the pan. And the fact I had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken only to get my order wrong. Won’t be back and I’m sure they don’t care cause I swear to God not one employee cracked a smile nor even said thank you.

If your going to go thru this drive thru u might want to bring a book to read.A helmet for when they throw your order out the window and a smile because that would be the only pleasant thing there with those rude kids working the window.
