How hard is it just to read an order and make it correctly. I have only gotten ONE correct order in the last 4 times we've ordered from this store. We now go to Rainbow City.

Let me start by saying that I never see a smiling face behind the counter at this Subway location. Who knows, could be a toxic work environment.I ordered my first Subway salad a couple of weeks ago (on the app) and selected "more" lettuce. There is no charge for extra lettuce, but I would have paid for it. I love salads. This salad (first photo) was $10.00. When I returned with it, the bowl was less than half full. I was HIGHLY disappointed. The flavor was great - all 6 bites of it.I decided to try it again, this time with someone there to supervise. A friend went to get our office some food, and ordered their sandwiches first. She said, "Lastly I need a salad..." and detailed the ingredients. After the chicken, dressing, cheese, etc. was added, the girl snapped the lid on the bowl. My friend said, "Does that not come with lettuce?" and the girl threw her arms up and said, "You didn't ask for lettuce."Yes, you read that right.....so... buyer beware - always ask for lettuce in your salad.

My husband stopped by Southside Subway earlier and got a sandwich for me. (I was listening on the phone as he ordered.) He ordered a six inch veggie delight on Italian herb and Cheese bread, toasted with mixed cheese. I wanted mayo, mustard sweet onion sauce, salt and pepper and every veg. with the exception of jalapeños.When he got home, the sand had not been toasted, it was full of jalapeños, there was no red onions, no mayo, no mustard, no sweet onion sauce, was not on Italian bread and he was charged for two of them! (We didn't get two) and he HAD to pay a tip when he paid. I ate a little over a fourth of the sandwich and got rid of it. It was the worst sand. I have ever had! wound up so far paying 17 dollars for a screwed up veggie delight and 4 cookies!!!

My total was 17.03.My husband gave her a 20.00. He then said, oh I got the three. The employee said "I can't take it, I've already put it in the register. He said, "well here just take the three cents."Again she said "I can't do that, I already entered it and it will mess up the count at the end of today"WHAT?Riept says served by... 4019 on 4/23/23 at 3:44:05pm.Trans #1/A-285608

Now that online app is working easily it makes grabbing a sandwich much faster and this location does a good job considering how busy they are. ?
