Don't let the outward appearance of this restaurant fool you. Yes, it is family owned but it was some of the finest seafood I have ever eaten. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and have for my whole life. I've eaten some of the best cuisine that the New Orleans area has to offer. These folks know what they are doing. Try the steam shrimp, you won't be disappointed.
I've been here a couple of times in the Alabama area and have to say they do a great take-home seafood meal. This location is part of a gas station area and it is very humble. It's not the kind of place you might want to dine in but it is perfect for take out. Their counter area was recently remodeled as a barrier to help with social distancing. I was hesitant at first because seafood from a gas station just sounds sketchy but the ppl were friendly and the food was good prices are comparable to other restaurants I had snow crabs shrimp and crawfish the portion size was a good value for the money
