Oh, they must be the unicorns of this establishment. The roast beef? Cold and mysterious, like a flavor adventure I never signed up for. If chaos had a flavor, it would be served here. Sorry guys, I won’t be back.

There were five cars in the drive through and after taking my money they pulled all cars to the side because the food was not ready. We all waited patiently because we had paid but felt we should have been given the option to wait or move on by the employees by them saying upfront there is a problem and a delay.

I had their breaded fish & curly fries. Service people saw us walk in & go to the order counter; the 2 workers just stared at us for a minute, then verly sluggishly came to take our order. The order came quick. Fish was perfect...fresh cooked; curly fries were warm...that's not good. The "tartar" sauce was horrible,i.e., unedible. It was like congealed goop...no flavor at all; first bite & it went in the trash. Mentioned the terrible product to one of the servers & she said they'd had several complaints about it. I went to the counter to get a fork for the hot fish...again, the server was exceedingly slow coming to the counter to see what I wanted. I would not bother to go there again. They need customer- service-oriented employees.

The only good thing about this location was Bella who is the only reason I will give even 2 stars (4 for service).Bella was friendly, professional and I could see the moment she almost snapped because her lips turned completely white with frustration, which I thought was cute.Clyde the shift manager should know better than to dress down an employee in front of another employee not to mention to ever do it in front of a customer, especially when Bella was literally the only one not causing any of the problems that occurred.The food;The Rueben sandwich I ordered was missing half the meat it should have had. (I travel extensively for work and eat at Arby’s all across the country and know what it should have), not to mention something about the sandwich gave me really bad heartburn. Old meat? Not properly refrigerated dressing?Most of the carbonated drinks were mostly water, the Hi-C I ended up with was so thin as to be almost tasteless.I know now I should have taken pictures.Very disappointed.
