The people were nice and the food good. However, actually eating at this location is discouraged since the parking has diminished greatly. All the times I have visited Troy, this restaurant has been packed. But on this day at around 1 pm there was practically nobody in the eating area. Access to additional parking was blocked. If all the parking spots had been taken, it would be very hard getting out since the former exit has become a lane for the drive-thru customers. Very poor set-up.

SHOCKED to see a Chick Fil A so filthy! Employees eating donuts, and other fast food in the diningroom while loudly and openly having personal conversations across customers! Cindy took the order however the receipt lists Grant. It was dine in but she brought it all bagged and forgort fries...never took our name. Cindy wiped ALMOST EVERY TABLES CRUMBS INTO THE FLOOR WITH ONE NAPKIN. She carried the broom and pan with her hands and went straight to taking orders. Employees were in the restroom which is worse than a truckstop. Felt like Burger King. Corporate should be concerned. Disgusting. Management was unbothered and participated!

Just traveling through. I’m a huge fan of this business and eat at my local one often. This store was very nice, clean and a very nice staff, all the things that qualify for a 5 star review. The only problem was me breakfast sandwich was not hot or even warm, but I’m traveling so I choked it down. I ate it immediately, it was not room temperature, but just slightly above. This is an anomaly in my experience and would try this restaurant again.

This drive through line is crazy. No flow here; just two constipated lines of cars stuck behind each other. CFA is KNOWN for their efficiency in order/delivery. Not in Troy, AL

by far the worst CFA i’ve been to. they regularly mess up my order & the attitudes recently have been AWFUL. Specifically talking about the girl Olivia working on 10/5. The last few weeks have not been it and I understand that staffing may be difficult to keep but maybe looking into management & paying better would solve a lot. i have personally worked at CFA as well and it’s really not that difficult of a job, especially with having 5 people in drive thru with their own specific task. very sad their pay is almost the exact same as it was 5 years ago.

Idk what it was ab this time … but the attitude was comparable to McDonald’s. I was literally trying to say I have a mobile order and the girl cut me off in a heartbeat and said “okay that’s great but can I get a name first.” The girl at the window didn’t even hardly speak to me and had a monotoned attitude as well. Also the fruit cup is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. Almost 5 bucks for nothing but like 6 pieces of tiny fruit.

Always a negative experience in the drive thru. It’s slow and I hate the feeling of being trapped in that line. I hardly ever eat at any Chick-fil-A restaurants anymore because of that. The chicken nuggets have also gotten way too small over the past few years. On this visit, they gave me the wrong order and the food was cold, but there was no way I was gonna go back there to have them fix it. The chaos there is too stressful. I don’t know why this place is so popular.

A great place to stop by to grab a quick bite. When I went to the restaurant it was a long line but the wait was not an inconvenience. I would recommend using the app to order ahead in order to avoid waiting in line or even in the drive-through and notifying the restaurant that you have arrived as soon as you pull up or even when you’re about to turn into the parking lot to avoid the wait.

Literally the slowest, most terrible CFA drive thru I have ever been in. Ranks as low as zaxbys. I will not return to this location ever. It doesn’t matter if the food is the best of any CFA, the slow service will always keep me away.

I have never given Chick-fila a bad review BUT this is the 2nd time we have stopped at the one in Troy and waited in line for over 30 minutes and got to window and was told they were out of the Peach shakes. It’s ironic that it happened twice and early within the evening.
