Typically I have a good experience at this location But today, 12\22/23. The food was disgusting. No one in the kitchen and the workers were out in the front on their phones. Where the customer said enjoying life, while the fool, a scramble unfresh in the rice was mushy! Tried to call back to tell them they may want to get rid of that rice before More custom have a bad experience

I stopped at the drive up to pick up a mobile order. The mans voice came over the speaker and said "Just wait a minute". A few minutes later a woman came on and I said I had mobile order. I pulled up the the window and a man handed me my food and my drink, closed the window and walked away without saying a single word to me. Luckily I checked my bag because the order wasn't correct and he didn't even hand me a straw for my drink. I waited a few minutes for him to return and get my order corrected which he did and again he never spoke a single word to me. The food was just OK but this sad little drive-thru guy with the constant scowl on his face needs to find another career since he clearly hates working here.

I normally have good service at this restaurant, but even though it was 8:15 and they didn’t close until 9PM, they would not make any more fried rice, and only offered white rice
