Man i love the honey bbq wings but be prepared to wait. You either gone have to wait for them to take your order, wait for them to cook your order, or wait for them to come back to the window to tell them what they’re missing out your order, OR ALL THREE ! Never fails. Count your days

The guy at drive thru window was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Literally just left drive thru with only half of the food we ordered. Popeyes needs to DO BETTER!! The company expects the public to pay high prices but they don't want to offer friendly customer service?? Don't think so!! Definitely will NOT be back

Went tonight through the drive thru. Were told we would have to wait 15 mins, for fresh chicken. We pulled around and waited, only to receive luke warm chicken. So why were we pulled around? We're trying to figure it out! We won't be going back at night time.

Today my elderly father went in to place an order, the “manager” so rudely took charge of the sale and DEMANDED that he pick the money up and hand it to her!!! Then started back talking him and say racist comments towards him and threw his food back into the warmer. Called the police (which was one sided) and now he has a trespassing report filed on him. Seriously Popeyes, this is how you condone your employees to act!!! Or maybe just pure lack of home training!!!!!
ordered 4 of four chicken tenders five piece with blacken ranch. one spicy the other three non spicy. had only two sauces in bag. now only one of us can eat spicy. also i live in country at county line. about 25 mins away. so now 3 of us has nothing to eat never mind only had two sauces for all those tenders tried to call no one answered. dem

Menu price off by almost 4 dollars and they wouldn't honor it. Left 8 customers waiting to order with another register just sitting free. Very rude saying the menu price has changed but we haven't changed it. Apparently it's to difficult to unplug a screen with the wrong prices.
