My girl friend and I ate dinner at Preston’s on Feb 17th of this year on our way back home to Michigan from Florida. Food (we had their juicy burgers), atmosphere, and service were terrific. What I liked best was that the owner came around to every table checking on everyone’s comfort. Striking up a conversation with him he told me about his bbq then headed back to the kitchen to work. Bout half hour later he reappeared at the table with samples of his bbq for us to taste. We thought that was the epitome of southern hospitality. Good food and great hospitality. Can’t beat it. BTW the ribs were outstanding. THANKS Robbie.

Could not eat vegetables due to a lot of salt. Waiting for food took an hour. The manager came around but did not help his own staff, who were obviously struggling. Never going back to eat there! I asked for a fresh serving of my vegetable replacement, and it never came. It was too expensive for poor customer service!

Wall paper is peeling from walls and windows were dirty. They had no parmesan for the ceasar salad, ran out of baked potatos and ran out of silverware. It seems that if you don't ask, they don't bring the salad out before the meal. Happened on 4 tables that I saw. Had to ask for refills. Then they forgot to enter our order and we had a long wait for our food. Food was just ok. We had ribeye and chicken. Average at best.

The food is absolutely, positively delicious. I had the ribeye sandwich one day and the hamburger the next day. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and to be honest I don't even eat steak! As far as the hamburger, I've never had one like this before in my entire life. This is the thickest piece of meat I've ever had on a burger and cooked very well. If I'm ever in this area again this will definitely be my go-to!

The food is awesome. Staff is great. The only bad thing was the place itself. It was an icebox. Everyone eating was freezing to death (It was cold outside, too). When asked about the temp, the waitress reported the temp had to be that cold or the floors got slick from condesation. And she wasn't lying! She turned the air up a touch and warned the few people in there avout the floor. The floor then turned into a danger zone, which was like it had been coated in oil. Also, the music was up so dang loud and connected to someone's phone to a speaker, so every time they got a notification (every few mins), it lowered the music for a second. It was very annoying. But again, food and staff were excellent!
No pickles no tomatoes. Ham is lunch meat better at wal mart! First and last time eating

This was recommended to us and that was the best advice I’ve gotten it years! Best beef I have had in recent memory (hamburger steak) and cooked MEDIUM AS IT SHOULD BE! Wonderful sides and a great waitress. Did I mention the owner’s engaging personality?
Been here multiple times and the service is usually good but the food is hit or miss. When they miss it is horrible, such as dry burgers and thin precooked bacon.

The steak was huge but a lot of fat and so salty it made me sick. The meal for 2 was 65 dollars. I would not have minded paying that much if it had been worth eating. We told the waitress but she played dumb. Never again. That's why the restaurant was empty I guess the word was out and because we were traveling through we didn't know better

Absolutely the worst meal and service I have ever experienced. Waited over an hour for our food, and it came out cold. Then had to ask for some of our order that still wasn't brought out. Sandwich didn't even have peppers and onions as described. Had to be somewhere, so we didn't even have time to complain or finish food. Never offered a refill in all the time we were there.
