Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good and was served quickly. Buffet is missed. Fair price for meat and two or meat and three.

We see why it is packed. The food is lightly seasoned just right, and sauce was perfect, not runny and not thick. Emily was amazing with us, and we were able to meet the owner's daughter who came by to chat with us. Overall the best place in Troy. Thank youKid-friendliness: Emily was wonderful with my Autistic grandson.Parking: Place is so busy because the food and service that once a car left another another parked. Very busy place but well worth a stop to eat.

I was not thrilled with the food here, but it is a very popular restaurant in the area. The service is great, and everything was served quickly. They are open during lunch only and prepare a menu with daily items, which allows them to serve food quickly.

Delicious home cooking! It was pretty busy for a Friday lunch. Parking was a bit tricky (crowded and a little disorganized). We were seated and served pretty quickly for such a busy place. I had the baked ham, sweet potato souffle, green beans and the mac & cheese. Lunch was served with a dinner roll and a hush puppy and all for $11.50. The iced tea was fresh and extra cold for only $1 more. The service was friendly, the taste was awesome and the price was right. I recommend this restaurant.

My lunch was comped because I complained about the quality of my lunch. I did not ask to eat free. I simply wanted my chicken salad to be sandwiched between two pieces of toast whether it be bread or bun. When it arrived, the chicken salad itself was watery…..thinking canned….just guessing. The potato chips were quite good. The tea was delicious. When my food was comped, I did not rage even though the people around me thought I had raised cane and talked ugly ….perhaps even committed the unpardonable sin. Thank you Sisters.Note: The register girl was somewhat behooved by the fact that the waitress had not toasted my bread. After all, there was a oven. Dimwit!
