Did an online order. Employee made my sandwich on the wrong bread, but I decided not to complain and eat it anyways, until I found a dead gnat in it. They were flying all around the drink machine too. Definitely don't eat here, not sanitary.

I went in at about 11 am. There was only one person dining in. I could hear two voices in the back. I stood there waiting to place my order for several minutes. Without going around the counter, I walked around the front to see if I could get their attention. They kept on with their conversation and ignored me, so I walked out.

Ordered on line, opened up sandwich and veggies looked really bad, the tomatoes had a flowery smell and lettuce was brown , was afraid to eat it, called several times and no answer! Do not eat here,hwy 231 Troy beside Trojan doughnuts.

They don't accept the coupons that are mailed out,so I didn't get to eat subway they need to post the issue at door and where you order at,so I guess they had some more waste

Placed order online, went to pick it up, I could hear people talking in the back, NEVER bothered to come to counter. My order was just setting there,took it and left. The sandwich had so much mustard that's all I could taste, plus online order left me only option for 15%tip!!! Do not eat here!

Food was cold even when toasted. Gave my child a cup with a hole in bottom. And charged for single items when told it was a combo.
Not often do I leave a 5-star review for fast food. I was so pleased to place my order online on the parking lot. My sandwich was coming out of the toaster when I walked in literally three minutes later. Super friendly staff and attentive to details.

They do not serve fresh baked bread here..if you are going to charge $10 a sandwich…at least have fresh baked bread..don’t waste your time and money hereIf you don’t have fresh bread offer a steep discount or voucherThey may have fresh bread that was made but guarantee you are getting old bread

One star!!! Why is this subway even open still???? The girl that made our food was eating SUBWAY cookies in front of us and acted like she didn’t want to make our food for one. Two, I asked for my food to be toasted and expected to be hot when I ate it and it wasn’t. Three, the cookies my husband and I got are overcooked!! Definitely not a good place to go to anymore!!!! ????
