Takes a while to get help, food is rarely correct... waited for atleast an hour and a half for one mobile order, that was sitting behind a corner the whole time... latest time I went, no one knew where my order was, said they had given it to someone else, didn't listen to the name I provided, and again it was where they just didn't know about it...

Go to the counter to order, apparently they don’t care much about serving the customers that order at the kiosk. Had to ask for my drinks because they had no clue what my order was other than the food. Most of the drinks were nothing but carbonated water and it looks like no one has cleaned around the drink machine for awhile. Might want to hire a manager for this store.

Argued with us when told we didn’t receive an item and made us bring the bag back in to search every item. They finally remade the item, but we were still missing chips even after that.

I I did love this place Today I walked in and the lady came to the front. She said if you want to order order. Go over there and do it on the screen. I did not stop at the screen because I do not work for taco bell. That's a great way to never get business again. I turned around and left.

Better check your bags before you leave. We didn't get our entire order. They also didn't wrap the tacos probably so most of the stuff fell out of the taco before we got a chance to eat it.

Waited almost an hour for an online order, they said they were short handed but employees were just standing around texting on their phone, while the lobby had a line of people. The food was cold. We ordered the large fries, and as the pic shows, we barely got any and they were hard as rocks! worst taco bell I've ever been
