Management (Todd) is a real jerk and his employees thinks he is one too. They are too scared to speak up. He will accuse his tenants of anything with no solid evidence. He kicked my child out for no reason other than he had a friend whose child wanted my child's apartment. I assume since there is such a long waiting list, be careful that this CAN happen.

The best apartment management company. You hear many horror stories of people’s apartments never getting fixed, having roof leaks, AC problems, etc. but never with College Station. I complained of a slow leaking drain and had a technician in my apartment and fixing the problem within the hour. My apartment is very cheap but the management makes it feel like a luxury service

I am living in the Kensington Square apartment building for the 2023-2024 school year and have already renewed my lease for the 2024-2025 school year! I love the location of the building as it is so close to the strip, campus and publix. I can walk most places I go daily. I specifically love how close it is to campus and that my walk to class is under 10 minutes. The property managers are also always so helpful and the college station properties office is also very close.
