My twin boys have rented from there for the last 3 yrs. I live in Tennessee where my husband is a contractor and we own reverse rental properties ourself here. College Station is the best company to rent from!! Hands down. Maintenance is quick to respond which is rare you even need to call. Properties are maintained well and everyone that works there is friendly and accommodating. Take my word best place to rent from!!!

Other residents trash private dwelling areas, and there is no way to prohibit unwanted lingering strangers from access to the property. Even those who share access to the property are disrespectful by producing unwelcoming noise at all hours of the night. I wouldn’t know who to complain to. Even local authority remains negligent as the issue is exacerbated and overlooked on a regular basis. If you value privacy I would not stay here.

Speaking as a parent of a previous tenant, this group does not keep the residences up and expect you, the parent to pay for improvements that were already damaged.They have a good racket going where they just keep your deposit and blame your kids for everything under the sun.Glad to be out of that big infested dump!They don’t deserve the one star I gave them.Live and learn …

I have rented a couple different apartment units from College Station Properties over the years, and have had great experiences with both.The office staff (as well as the maintenance staff) are very friendly, and have been eager to quickly help when any maintenance issues have come up; I have never had an issue not fixed within 24 hours.My current unit is in a safe location next to the stadium, and even came with a free security system. Lastly, Case (the property manager) is a nice guy who has always been easy to get in touch with.Highly recommend

Out of the 3 places that I have rented from in Tuscaloosa, College Station Properties is by far the best! I submitted a maintenance request through the tenant portal and within minutes, I received a text message that maintenance was on the way to my apartment.Both Case and the maintenance crew are so nice and extremely helpful. While they were resolving my main maintenance request, I mentioned a minor concern about something else and they fixed that for me too. I will definitely be recommending College Station Properties to anyone looking for a place to live.

The management is extremely flexible and understanding. Maintenance requests are always filled quickly sometimes even the same day. They follow up after every maintenance visit to make sure the solution is lasting. The location is perfect. It takes me leas than 10 minutes to walk to any of my classes and I have not needed to call a single Uber this year. Great place and the cost is one of the best in town!
