Had good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I dined in at the Tuscaloosa Alabama location. It took a while to get our drinks. Once we received them, they were wrong. The food is sub-par at best. I asked for salt and pepper and the waitress brought it out when we asked for our check and realized i hadnt eaten 3/4 of my food (the salt and pepper would not have made a difference to be honest). Would not recommend this restaurant.

The brisket sandwich was amazing. Our waitress was also amazing. My wife's chocolate pie was the best she said. I had the banana pudding, and it tasted freezer burnt. But I will try it again to see if it was just a one-time issue. But all and all great food. O ya the muffins are over the top

Very unprofessional, the young boy who answers the phone is super rude & so is the manager (female) on night shift. If you want great service & hospitality i would definitely recommend taking the drive to Hoover!! I love Jim n Nicks in Hoover, whether it’s delivery or dine in you won’t be disappointed either way.
