Walked in to two employees taking turns yelling at, over and down at another employee for several minutes while other customers were around. Also one of the all time worst parking lots. Impossible to leave if more than 2 cars in the drive
Just want to send a little praise for a worker in distress. On Wednesday of this week, I stopped by to pick up a few pizzas. I asked the lady (Michelle) what she had ready. She was almost in tears and relayed that there were none ready, and that all the other workers had quit and walked out, leaving her alone to operate the store. What did she do? Placed an order for a birthday party Wednesday. It was scheduled to be delivered Saturday at 3pm. Got multiple emails and texts saying everything was on schedule and was good. Somehow got the “It was delivered at 3:01” text confirmation. They didn’t have the order even started until after 3. By the time it got delivered the party was basically over.
