Best place in town to get spices and hard to find ingredients for cooking specialty dishes. A lot of my foreign friends shop here for that reason. Nice variety of tea and coffee. They also have a lot of essential oils, crystals, and other "non western medicine" stuff. The employees are nice but not always completely knowledgeable about where certain items are or if they sell them.

The workers here are not friendly to black people. The last few visits no one spoke when I entered, but those who did not look like me were greeted immediately. I was followed around the store on a separate occasion, until I had to speak up and ask why. This visit, I was waiting at the counter while two cashiers helped ring up ONE lady, until one of the girls told the other to check me out. When she came over she did not greet me or ask if I found everything ok. Once the transaction was complete all she said was, “Here you go”. I will no longer shop here, this was the last chance, although I know it won’t matter to them either way.

We love Manna! They carry a wide variety, from supplements and self care/beauty products to grocery and pet food. I appreciate the many gluten free products available. They also have in stock local products, such as seasonal produce.

Went just to look around and I loved the place. Ended up purchasing magnesium lotion, liquid iron and lions mane !! They have a variety of health items: food, snacks, herbs, supplements, tinctures etc. The employees were so pleasant and helpful!! Loved the vibes. I’m very pleased and will be back every chance I get lol

I feel unwelcome at this store. The associates do not greet or readily offer any help. I have 3 children with me and I can see the associates staring at me like I have 3 heads. I get it, you’re probably a college student but act like you don’t hate families.

I relocated. Pelham has a place that is barely stocked. Glad manna is just a few miles away. I stocked up on Been oil, black drawing salve, aloe vera juice, and authentic Shea butter with a scent. They have a huge good selection
