I normally am a big fan of Panda Express, but this location disappoints me consistently. I have been here many times and can count on one hand the number of times they haven’t been out of a food item I want. And I almost exclusively order their STAPLE foods: teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and white rice. How do you run out of white rice in the middle of the day? You’re better off trying to go to the Panda Express on UA campus, where the employees are kind to everyone who comes in and give you a great amount of food

I mean I love the food, and I would come far for it. Just had a bad experience with one worker LAK I believe was on her name tag. She looked so mean and unhappy to be there.she wasn’t friendly at all. She looked it irritated her to ask me what I wanted then I had to repeat it twice to her before she decided to finally put it in my plate. She really made me hate I spent my money there while she was working.

The customer service at the 15th Street, drive-thru was horrible. This employee was not only rude but contaminated my drinking cup by putting my money on top of my lid. Everyone knows money is nasty and never should be handled that way in returning money to a customer. She had a nasty attitude when I asked for the cup of ice in the beginning. There was not a manager on duty to voice a complaint at all. In serving people if you don’t want to be polite then just stay at home.
First of all the food is immaculate especially the orange chicken the reason it is a 4 star cause the rice has 0 flavor.

POOR customer service!! Didn't get to eat. They were very limited on choices due to something being broken. Ok fine. Ask for a sample-worker denied saying they can't do them. Husband asks if he will be charged premium price for the peppersteak entree. Worker says yes. Seriously?!! Sooo, you have hardly anything to choose from, we can't see if we'd like it and if we choose from the FEW options, we still get upcharged. Walked out so quick. Workers were talking and giggling w/ each other the whole time so it was evident they couldn't care less.

I was on an hour break and decided on Panda Express for food. I was excited to see I was second in line. I waited in line for 7 minutes, then had to pull forward to wait on my food for another 15 to 2o minutes. I had no choice but to wait because driving anywhere else would have been a waste.The food isn't bad or nasty. The wait time to receive your food is too long.

I use to enjoy going to this place for a quick lunch. Since moving I rarely go but was in town and took the opportunity. The interaction wasn't bad but I don't see how two printed tickets with my requests not get fulfilled. The food quality definitely could have been better it was not how I remembered.
