The wine market has always been great. However, there is a recent server who is shockingly awful at her job. This is not my first experience with her, so at this point, it can not be blamed on having an “off day”. This waitress up charges customers on the regular, forgets orders, checks on customers every 45ish minutes, and sits on her phone instead of doing what she is paid to do. I truly think the owner(s) needs to reevaluate their staff because these experiences make me (and many others i have talked to) not want to attend this establishment.

I have been going to Wine Market for the past couple of years and consider myself a huge fan of this cute little place. I am constantly recommending visitors to go and enjoy the great experience Wine Market has to offer. The past two visits I have had at Wine Market have been atrocious and have officially turned me away from this establishment. Despite the high quality wine and charcuterie boards, the service makes me want to leave as soon as I arrive. I have had the same waitress twice and she confuses simple orders then pawns her mistakes off on the customers. I am then forced to pay more due to her lack of understanding. On top of that, we barely even receive attending to as we can visibly see the waitress sitting on her phone behind the bar. The most recent time I came wanting to celebrate a birthday and upcoming graduation. The waitress only came three times in a span of close to two hours. She never came to refill waters, forgot a glass of wine, and extra food we had ordered. This was also on a relatively low attendance night at Wine Market. When it came time for the check, I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We were prepared to spend double or even triple what our final bill was, but weren’t even given the chance to order more with how infrequently she checked in. Additionally, whenever one of us went to the restroom, we could see our waitress sitting down at the bar on her phone. All of this combined made us very unsatisfied and has us thinking twice about coming back to what used to be our favorite place. Very disappointed in how such an enjoyable place has accepted such low quality service.

This place was initially visited on a whim. The weather happened to be very nice that day, so we ended up sitting at an outdoor table and drinking. The warm evening spring weather and wine were fantastic. I don't know much about wine, so I can't give a professional evaluation, but I definitely thought I should come back again. Since then, I've visited this place several more times, and all the friends I've brought here have been very satisfied. The side dishes we ordered with the wine were also satisfying in terms of price and taste.

Amazing atmosphere! Amazing people, amazing food and drinks, amazing devour, and amazing service. We took a rather large party in and we had no problem finding a place for all of us to sit. Server was very friendly with helpful drink recommendations and service was just as good as if I would have went in with one other person. You absolutely MUST try the chocolate pie!

Wonderful experience!! We had a party of eleven and the establishment fit us very comfortably while still feeling quant and cozy. Wine/champagne selection has something for everyone, the food is AMAZING, and the servers are so helpful regarding sale prices/specials! An absolute must experience for any occasion.

The rudest server I have ever encountered and I have worked in food service for over 10 years. She was dismissive and her tone of voice (as well as eye rolls) were very unprofessional. This place was amazing when it first opened but it is far from the chill enjoyable place it once was.

TERRIBLE service, I visited with friends on a $10 wine and champagne special BECAUSE of the special. After ordering Prosecco because it is used interchangeably to champagne. We were not informed that the bottle they chose to serve us was over $50. Only after drinking 2 bottles did they bring a $108 check. A picture of the bottle is advertised on their facebook stating that it is $10. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee rudely said she would call, which she did not. I think it's pretty obvious that if you were ordering wine or champagne on a day there is a special, it is BECAUSE of the special. I contacted them later and did not receive a response. Very disappointed in their rude employees, lack of service, and common sense. I will not return and would highly recommend others to do the same. Only giving 1 star in order to place the review, although it is 1 star too many.

I regret not taking photos but I was to excited to dig into the charcuterie and baked brie! I absolutely loved the Wine Market with its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I have no idea where they found the staff but every single one of them were energetic, outgoing, and overall happy and having a great time. I love to see that unmatched energy and I highly, highly recommend visiting this place for a nice, relaxing late afternoon wine and snacks! Thank you guys!!!
