This is the standard by which all waffle houses should be measured. The evening shift is a group of hard-working, dedicated employees. The store was spotless when I entered with every table, having two menus and the floor clean. Zoe was my waitress and I have seen her at another waffle house as well. The thing I noticed was that she is young and always stays busy. That is rare. among the younger generation today. If Zoe is your waitress, make sure you tip her good.Kid-friendliness: My kids love going to Waffle House.

This is by far the WORST Waffle House I have experienced! I went to this location on 12/4/23 around 6ish in the evening. The server had a horrible attitude. One of the worst I have ever encountered in customer service! She rudely spoke bad about every single customer and rolled her eyes every time she blinked. If a new car pulled up she would speak loudly and grunt She wanted to go home. The manager was there, but she seemed to be of no help. I tried to get her attention but was ignored. #NeedToDoBetter

Love waffle House, been to this one quite a few times, and one employee is always there and very courteous. During the middle of COVID. This waffle house was open. So my mother and I were tired of eating the same thing every day. So we went to this waffle House. And this lady is there, all by herself. At first we were The only people there, she said I'm not supposed to let y'all eat in but go ahead and take a seat. Not 5 minutes later about 7 or 8 more people came in and she welcomed all of them. Knowing she was going to have to cook and serve all of us, without any help. And by God she was in it. No wait time, she was obviously experienced. She should get a huge raise. She served all of us, and let every one of us eat in. In the height of COVID 19Parking: Nothing to say about it, there's enough places to park to fill up the placeKid-friendliness: Yes of course it's kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Dunno much about wheelchairs but yes it has accessible for a wheelchair

Probably the best Waffle House I have ever been to. I beleive Michael was the Manager and Renee was our server. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and demeanour of employees. Truly a well operated location. I will be returning hopefully on a semi regular basis. 2nd visit just as impressed. This is a busy location, so if you arrive and wish to dine in be prepared to have patience.
