I was highly displeased. The restuarant had posted signs that said they opened at 6am but when I arrived at 7 the drive-through was the only thing opened! That's so unprofessional. I can't say how the food or actual service was because I was instantly turned off and didnt visit the drive-through window. What a terrible 1st impression since I was only passing through on a holiday vacation.

This location by far is one of the worst I’ve been to customer service wise.,getting your order correct and the cleanliness inside of the building. Make sure you check your order before you leave because it’s a high choice your order will be wrong. The high turnover rate at this location should say enough.

Normally I get really good service on breakfast and lunch from this particular McDonald's and I have to recommend that their drink machine is clean because the one in Tallassee tastes like mold anyway. But today they kept getting my order wrong. So I asked for 2 dr peppers, no ice and I had the McRib meal with the large french fry large drink and I also ordered a large drink with a large french fry and I only got one large french fry and then they kept messing up my drinks as far as no ice

I was recently at a McDonald's in Union springs Alabama, and I was at the register because I was coming in to get a grape jelly for my sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and I was at the register for about 7 minutes before I decide to walk out. The lady that was at the register walked off when I post the register. So after those seven menace I decided to walk off and go to Dollar general across the street and just buy some grape jelly from there. Got home and realized in my bag that the order I ordered was not what I wanted. Instead of giving me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit I ordered they gave me a sausage biscuit. We all know that McDonald's makeup your order quite often. But today was ridiculous. I used to work at a McDonald's 2 of them, 8 to 9 years between the both of them. I worked there and I never did that. That's really unprofessional.
