you order online they take 40 minutes after you get there for pickup time always slow not good service

Always love BWW, but lately it’s always FREEZING in there. So cold that you can’t be comfortable enjoying the food AND our food got cold fast because of the cold temp. It was colder inside than outside! Please fix the AC situation.

My experience was wonderful. Aj made it exceptionally good with her excellent customer service, and the rest of the staff was friendly. The food was made to order and served faster than a fast food restaurant. The quality was top notch

Whenever I come in if I see this one guy working, I am ordering a burger, not chicken. And I hope he’s making my burger. I need to get his name. These reviews about the burger are not lying. It is better then places that sell burgers only. Keep up the good work my friend. You are a hidden gem.

Never been to one of these before and didnt think there were tables. I love the convenience of this since bdubs is usually a whole excursion. The food was hot and amazing. The employees are kind and even anticipated our needs. Nice location ♡

Overall very pleased with speed and quality of food. I have ordered multiple times and it is always been just as good as the restaurant if you eat it soon. I would recommend checking your order before leaving. It has been very clean and not too crowded the handful of times I have ordered.

Had lunch there a few months ago and the serviced sucked, they were stingy with napkins and my food was raw. Won't be back and telling others about this location.

All wrong/missing sauces - the entire point of wings

I tried to order the bogo from the app but it’s dine in only. So I go into the location and it’s $7 more than in the app which completely defeats the purpose of getting the bogo 🙄 the service is fine but these wings are too tiny to be that expensive. And why do I have to dine in? I want them to go yall. Come on $18 for 12 wings? I rather go to wing stop where at least the wings are a decent size.
