Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Great coffee made right. The only complaint I had was for to go cups there's no large sizes, only a smallish size and comparatively speaking it is somewhat expensive. I'd certainly go back, but they could really kill it with larger sizes. That said, I still really enjoyed my coffee and the experience!

There is a lot of seating indoors and out. The landscaping us beautiful! There are trees and pretty benches and lots of birds around. The menu has a lot of different options which I'm sure are all as great as the hot chocolate I got.

I love this shop! It has become a home quite honestly. The best coffee, staff, and location in town. The people who work here definitely make the place. They will make you feel extremely welcomed + provide great care and customer service. 10/10 . If you’re looking for some cool dance moves besides great coffee - Ask Nicholas. He’s hilarious & sweet. The music is never blaring like other shops - so you can focus on your work. They have an awesome dog friendly - outdoor patio/courtyard style where you can enjoy meeting friendly community as well on a beautiful sunny day.

The atmosphere was strange when I walked in, almost like a private club. The person at the register seemed like he was in a daze, we asked for a large Buffalo blend coffee and a bag of whole bean Black Apple to go. He acted confused and said “we drip coffee in multiple flavors”, and proceeded to stare off into space. I asked for what I wanted again, and he just pointed to the corner of the room. By the third time I asked I was charged for the bag of coffee, given the wrong size of my drink and charged for the size I wanted. I also asked for cream and sugar and for it to go. I got no sugar and no lid. (Was this guy high?)I’m Not coming back.

Very chill nice staff. I had an extra hot white chocolate latte with whole milk and cinnamon on top. The quality of the coffee came through the syrup and milk and I REALLY liked it! The relaxed vibe of the place was perfect on a cold rainy evening.

I love Airship - great coffee, friendly employees, awesome hangout spot. The only issue is that they don't have proper heating at this location, which makes it incredibly cold inside, even with a coat on.

This location has gone into the dumpster. The last three visits produced the worst cappuccinos I’ve ever had. They were remade each time and still awful - not drinkable. The baristas blamed this last visit on the new roast, but didn’t even consider to switch out the beans. Never offered a refund when I brought the cappuccinos back a second time. Not acceptable. I’m a trained barista, and I wouldn’t dare serve those coffees to anyone. This used to be my favorite cafe in NWA, I was OG airship, and I have easily visited this location over 150 times. It was my haven during Covid. I won’t return and I’m upset about it. Obviously they cannot keep up with their growth.Response to airship: the foam wasn’t the problem. It was the flavor of the drink. It tasted like a bad espresso roast that had a channel open up inside the shot like waterfall. Extraction yield zero.

Friendly folks and great coffee. I like the sweet cream cold brew, London fog, vanilla cappuccino, savory scones, burritos, and tacos.
