The young girl that’s a waitress with reddish hair is the worst I had to go get her twice while she was on her phone sitting down in a booth

Been coming to this location for over 10 years & have enjoyed the food every time!

Showed up at 4:15pm for an early dinner. The staff were sitting at a table eating food and refused to acknowledge we were even there. We stood around for a few minutes and nobody would help us so we left.

I left a $5 cash tip at the booth.
But what was the delay & why did I have to ask the girl-who took the only receipt- THREE TIMES FOR MY CHANGE from $25 CASH for two taco salads that cost $24.45?

So I have told THREE PEOPLE about this who said THEY WILL NOT EAT THERE.

So for this tactic Las Fajitas has lost THREE CUSTOMERS.

Don't eat here. Especially if you place a door dash. They lose your orders and take no responsibility to get your order fixed or corrected. The manager didn't want or even try to help and the girl up front acted like it was not her problem and would get in to conversations with other people and not focus on the missing order. Blamed it all on the app and the door dash system.

It was ok. Got door dash. Ended up getting someone else’s order. I had ordered 3 quesadillas for myself with the Steven rice. My husband got himself a burrito, quesadilla & taco. The rice was really good. The quesadillas were soggy though. Had a lot of greasy or water. I can’t tell. They’re PACKED with chicken & not in a good way. It over powers the delicious cheese & is just a lot. It needs more cook time to become more crunchy. Or at least less soft.

This place is and has always been a family favorite of ours. The staff is so helpful and patient. The food is always amazing and delivered perfectly. We will continue to go here until we can no longer!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Do not eat here. Service was horrible. We waited 40 minutes for chips, and that was after we got our cheese dip. Another 15 minutes we received our salsa along with our meals. Our water came with no ice. Our chips had a piece of yarn in it. The guacamole was old and brown. The chips were old and stale. The fajitas we ordered were not sizzling when we got them but they tasted alright. We complained to manager and she did not give us any discount based off our complaints. It was a waste of $45 for a date with my wife. Terrible.
