Maria’s Mexican Restaurant in Rogers, Missouri, is a fantastic spot for authentic flavors. The hot salsa immediately stood out, bold, rich, and full of flavor that lingers in the best way. The chimichanga was excellent, cooked perfectly with a crisp outside and savory filling that left me wanting more. Even the rice was delicious, though I did get the impression it might be heavy on MSG, which could be something to keep in mind. Overall, the food quality and taste were top notch, and I would definitely recommend Maria’s to anyone craving flavorful and satisfying Mexican food in the area.

I used to go here as a kid and it was awesome. Ordered a burrito California smothered in white quest to go today. They charged extra for the queso but didn't put it on the burrito or the side. The burrito looked like it was put together by Stevie Wonder with the inside of the burrito all over the box. Go to Acambaro instead. Same menu but they can execute the menu.

I was part of a large group, 30+. Servers were courteous and friendly but too few considering they had a lot of notice we were coming. There were no options for seniors needing smaller portions without paying extra, making the lunch and kids portions more expensive than the dinner entres. I opted to just have dessert for dinner to keep my meal under $10. I chose the sopapillas with strawberry and ice cream. It was huge and delicious, 2 sopapillas with 3 large scoops of ice cream. I would consider eating there more often if they offered smaller meals for senior citizens on a fixed budget.

We have visited a couple times and enjoy it here very much! The food is delicious, salsa is perfect, service is quick, and haven't had to wait for a table. What more could you ask for in a Mexican restaurant?!

This is the spot that you want to go when your looking for bang for the buck Mexican style food.
The salsa is spicy, the tacos are zesty, the drinks are strong and frosty.
Make the trip.

We were patrons of the Maria’s in Ft Smith until it closed. This brought back fond memories. I would highly recommend!

Maria’s is a great local spot for Mexican food with some definite highlights. The tableside guac is insanely good—definitely the best thing on the menu, so don’t skip it! Their homemade tortillas are awesome too, super fresh and tasty. The steak fajitas hit the mark, though the chicken can be a little dry. The queso wasn’t our favorite, but the horchata is really good—sweet and super refreshing.
Service is really friendly, but things move a little slow, so be ready to wait a bit. The salsa isn’t spicy at all, so if you like heat, you might want to ask for something extra. Prices are pretty reasonable, which is a big plus. All in all, it’s a chill place with solid food and a few things that really stand out. Great for a casual night out.

If I could put zero stars I would. We've always enjoyed Maria's. Decent food at a decent price. The service has declined over the years though. Today was our last visit. About 1:30 We stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes. The restaurant appeared to be empty. Two different employees made eye contact and completely ignored us, the bald guy in the kitchen twice. Sorry, Maria's, you lost customers today. There is too much competition to waste our time and money in an establishment that doesnt want customers so we went to Gusano's right down the road where there is fast, friendly and prompt service. Business tip-you don't make money if you don't have customers.
