Iāve enjoyed the delicious Reuben before, but tonite at an on-the-road event at my church, I had THE best fried chicken sandwich Iāve EVER had. All of the ingredients worked together to create that ever-elusive āumamiā taste in every bite. So good I had to make sure I wrote a Food Truck review ASAP!
Okay. I'm not sharing the good news just so you can swarm the food truck (so whimsically named "The Food Truck") and leave me bereft of most delightful sustenance. I'm telling you that these Korean Tacos gave me a lived life experience so that you might also live a li'l before you expire. Got it? (Seriously, when you see me coming, please make way.)

Excellent food! Love the barbacoa tacos, fries w/beer cheese and THE Food Truck Patty Melt. We showed up late on a Tuesday evening and the Owner/Chef(?) was very kind to fire everything back up after getting ready to close and served us up an excellent dinner. 100% recommended!
