Staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. It was my first experience with Krisy Kreme. They truly gave a warm and welcoming experience. Food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be a returning customer!

This morning I went to get my pregnant wife a strawberry fill powdered donut and a chocolate filled donut and I got myself a shamrock Oreo filled donut, In each of the donuts , there was barely any filling at all and I feel like they shorted us. Also when my wife went to eat her donut the powder literally slid off in a single chunk. This happened just after I dropped my girls off around 8:30.

Kind of felt like we were bothering the staff by showing up and ordering food. The donuts have gone downhill especially the crème filled. Half the crème and a smaller donut. :(. You guys can do better.

I went and ordered some donuts three raspberry filled three lemon filled as I always like to eat. This particular night after I made it back from my long drive of work I stopped by Krispy Kreme as usual and got me a half dozen filled. So my normal routine give them my money get the box and leave. I placed the Krispy Kreme pastry box on my seats and continue to get back on Dave Ward Drive to go home. About halfway home I was hungry so I wanted to eat one of my pastries and I was going to give my son one but I was just going to wait till I got home and give him dinner and then let him eat. So I reached into the passenger side and got one of them out of the box because I knew they for sure were limited raspberry which is what I asked for and I only eat from there unless it is original but my favorite is lemon and raspberry. My mouth was watering because I wanted them all day and as soon as I bit down the most disgusting flavor I ever never could remember when it's in my mouth it was chocolate, I started panicking so bad because I know that I don't eat chocolate period because I have a allergic reaction to the cocoa plant or powder or whatever and it makes me break out very bad which you can see in the pictures. The picture with the UCA mask on was the day before I had the pastries the picture where I was all swollen and broken out was after I ate it. The come and go manager named Lee had an attitude with me about it and they told me that they were right my name in the books after I told them what had happened. I looked all over my truck and it wasn't a receipt in there and I do recall them not handing me a receipt because I said to myself at the time when I got the pastry box wow they just treat us like animals and don't give us no napkins or nothing or my exact words. I'm disgusted and disappointed that my favorite pastry place it's causing me to go through all of this and on top of it I had went to the store to pick up my food today and I figured it would maybe make me feel better because I went through all of this allergic reaction and couldn't eat no other type of pastries or nothing until I got this situated but I just wanted to make sure they were the correct ones this time and leave the manager gave me a very hard and complicated time and she even had an attitude with me over the stores messed up as a whole.I think this is very undeserving and unfair for any human being to have to go through such a traumatic experience when all I did was wanted to get my food corrected for my heart-earned money that I spend but instead I got allergic reaction swollen eyes a swollen throat that I can barely swallow water and my skin is broken out and itching like crazyKid-friendliness: I think the sales associates but whoever's working in the drive through should look in the backseat of cars before they get an attitude with the parent and the children have to see that and hear that.Wheelchair accessibility: It should be up button on the side for the person in the wheelchair to be able to hit and access and roll straight into the building without having to touch the filthy door handle.

They don't serve cinnamon twists!Update: they were out of Cinnamon rolls. They are a donut shop and on Sunday morning they run out of cinnamon rolls. What kind of donut shop runs out of dough??
