I ordered 4 corn dogs, 2 soft pretzel that supposed to come with cheese and did not. I had to call back in twice to ask for my mustard and cheese and the staff never brought it to me. My wife had to get out of the vehicle and proceeded to the front door and was greeted with sarcasm and was told we had to pay for the cheese in which we already did when we ordered the pretzels. These employees need to understand what customer service is and how you are to treat a customer when they just purchased from you. If I could rate this location lower than a 1 star I would.

We placed an order on the app and got the wrong drink, no jalapeños that we paid for, and no salsa with our burritos. We had to go back after getting all the way back home just to get what we paid for. I feel like it isn’t that hard to read the order on the screen, especially when it’s through the app, since I worked there for years. We were also the only car there and it took over 15 minutes.

If I can give this zero stars I will. To save the drama I sat for a full hour and some more because of the 50 cent corndog day. They charged my bank account and everything. I pressed the button 3 times with about 20 minutes in between hoping I would get my food and asked nicely only to have the people working the microphones laugh me off and ignore me. Check to make sure there there isn't a deal going on or you'll wait like me and get a half hazard apology

Meal here was horrible, chicken sandwich was tiny and ruined , cheeseburger was cold , fries could not be eaten , tater tots were only thing that could be eaten , avoid this sonic , burger king is right up the

service was great. i got my food very quickly and my carhop was very nice. however, the food was not as satisfying. honestly worst chicken sandwich from a sonic i've ever had. it was over cooked and very dry. there wasn't any mayo on it. and my fries were extremely soggy. ocean water was great tho. dk how they could've messed that up

Service was not slow, but we watched the carhop wander around looking for the right stall, and they got the order wrong. The quickly added the missing items, but it is frustrating to have to ask. Tots were warm, but not hot. Chicken strips were overcooked, but edible.
