If i could it would be NO stars. Honestly disappointed in this store. Between the abuse from the management, racism, and above all the moldy food I will never go back there. I tried to make.complaints but only get the standard response from the area Manager Lisa that the issue will be taken care of. But I go in and I have moldy onions and bell peppers on my sandwich. The Manager Courtney denies and threatens to call the cops on me if I did not leave. If your the franchise owner for this location I would love to speak with you as your Managers will not provide me the way to contact you.

Brooke was very rude. Simply asked a question for her to give me an attitude and to tell me to take it up with corporate. I love this subway as it’s close to my job and I go very often and never received bad service until today. Brooke if you don’t like your job find another one.

I order subway all the time when I'm in town. I'm traveling welder so I'm gone alot! I Always and Only order from this restaurant. The people are Always so friendly and just do a Great job. Woo Pig# Go

No Stars! I made an online order for delivery to my job. the site said it was delivered so i went to check and nothing was here. Then i looked at the site and it said it was delivered to their own store. I called and tried to explain what had happened and got a very rude lady. She alleged Door Dash picked it up. Being a Door-dash customer i called them (very kind and professional) the representative said they do not see a door-dash order and i have to call Subway since it was off their site. I call Subway back and tried to explain again what was told to me and i asked they need to make it right or give me a refund . The Lady (whom i found out later her name is Courtney) said to me that's not how it works and hung up on me again. With my Credit Card statement clearly says the payment went to Subway, I left my job and showed up at the restaurant since the Manager Courtney kept hanging up on me. Obviously upset because i spent $32 and no food, no accountability with the Manager not trying to make it right. I said i was there to pick up my food or get a refund ; she was VERY aggressive; said she will not give me the food or a refund because door-dash picked it up. I reiterated i wouldn't be standing there had i got my order. The Manager was adamant that door dash took the order. She wasn't helpful so i called Door-dash since i am a customer with them and NEVER had a problem with them before because they always make it right and put the representative on speaker. While the Door-dash rep was trying to assist and had no record of my order. The manager Courtney was very aggressive and threatening all while i was on the phone with Door-Dash Rep whom heard it all . At some point the Manager Courtney said she will call the police on me, which i was okay with since they just took my money and no service. I waited about 15min and had to return to work. I got nowhere, no refund, no food and I WILL NEVER BUY SUBWAY AGAIN! If Subway Corporate is reading this I am sorry you have women like Courtney managing your store. She doesn't have any Customer Service abilities and trying to fight customers is ridiculous. She was hateful and threatening! Door-dash Representative put in a report with Subway as well. ANYONE READING THIS STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Honey , I walked in and it smelled like boo boo. The workers were in the next room prepping or whatever happens back there. So I walked up to see wilted and unattractive food. They didn’t seem enthused to help me, so with that plus the scent, there was no need for me to eat there. So I left with a frown and holding my breath.

worst costumer service by courtney who claims to be a manager.i am a regular customer at subway but i will never go back to the one on oak st, i wish corp will listen to phone call and check cameras for 9/28/2023 to see how paying costumer are being treated by this non professional "manager". we got no food, no money back and a horrible time thanks to courtney the non professional manager. we got in contact with corp hope they will make it right since courtney was nothing but rude.

can i leave a no star review??!! this store and the manager really deserve a bad review. i am horrified. i just heard something about the way your manager courtney (if that is her name) treats paying customers. she is rude, will not address a problem, but denies them and blames the customer or someone else. she hangs up on paying customers. my coworker ordered off of subways website today. an order over $30 the order never showed up. she called and courtney answered and said "door dash picked it up.. you'll have to call them" my coworker called and door dash did not have a record of today's order.long story short after several calls to subway and short conversations and courtney hanging up, my coworker showed up at the store. courtney was anything but helpful. extremely rude and brushed the problem off.this is not the way you treat paying customers. we order take out almost everyday, will not be ordering from oak street subway in conway arkansas. the "manager " needs a demotion or further training on how customers are supposed to be treated.
