We hosted our daughter’s wedding reception here last week. Glorious! Susan is amazing and she is your go to for booking the ballroom as well as other services. Susan is your new best friend! The food was wonderful and we had special dietary needs for some guests, which were awesome! Every single person from Basin Park Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Many of our guests stayed here as well and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. I just can’t say enough about the staff. I’m so thrilled we had the reception here! I truly feel Basin Park Hotel is such a special place with a special and talented group of people contributing to the great work they all do! Looking forward to a spa trip soon! ?

The Paranormal Investigation Tour was Amazing and the tour guide is wonderful. I completely enjoyed this tour and would definitely do again. My family and myself also did the Crescent hotel ghost tour and was not impressed and would not recommend. Excellent job Basin and your employees are very nice and helpful.

The shuttle drivers and evening and night staff were awesome. The morning desk clerk not so much ? she was very short and rude. For the price you pay the amenities don't compare with the comps in the area. The fire alarm went off around 4.20 am one morning had to evacuate the building. I asked morning clerk if they knew what happened and she very rudely said well it wasn't a fire. Later that morning it was cold outside I asked her if we could get the fire pit lit again NO it will be lit at 7 pm and she hung up on me. Restaurant was good but disappointed they closed at 8 p.m. We were starving the second night there and just assumed they would be open until 9 p.m. only to discover they close at 8 p.m. Coffee is only available for 2 hours in the morning. Even a Super 8 has coffee 24/7. There was more problems but I think I said enough

First time visit in Eureka Springs and happily landed on this hotel to stay in. Happily because it is right in the heart of the main downtown area. It's an old hotel, so the rooms don't have the function that more modern hotels usually do. However, for what they have to deal with in the old styles, they've done a pretty good job. Not the most sound proof and if you're not on the top level you will hear a creaky floor when the occupant above walks. It does have a lot of history and charm to it though. Trade-offs. There is no parking at the hotel itself but they offer a shuttle to a parking lot that is a couple of blocks away and free for hotel guests to use.

Did not stay at the hotel but popped in for spa services. It was heavenlyUpon entering the hotel lobby, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman. He pointed me in the direction I needed to go.Upon reaching the spa area, I was greeted by 2 very kind females. I was brought into the hot stone room while we waited for my husband. My husband was struggling to find a place to park, so the lady behind the desk sent him to the hotel parking lot and sent a shuttle to pick him upWe did the couples mineral soak. It WAS AMAZING!The tub, the hot water, the salts, the oilsIt was amazing. We rushed to Eureka for a romantic, kid free getaway. We chose to do ziplining and then couples soakIt was perfect!!!! Such a beautiful experience thank you Basin Park

Friendly staff, nice and quick shuttle service. The hotel is old... there will be creaks, paint issues, blemishes... this is a part of the ambiance. It made the stay pretty cool to experience the history. Nice location right in the middle to walk to everything.

Well, it is an old building, so I have to say that I expect little issues.Rooms are okay. Our room had a gap at the top of the entry door when closed that you could easily slide your fingers into the other side. The complementary breakfest is simply what you would expect. Old banana and some cheap grapes. But hey, it's free! Was not greeted very nicely by the front desk lady when I went down for coffee. She seemed to either like to disrespect men or just was having a terrible morning. Either way, I felt like it was directed at me, and sarcastic replies to customer questions never bring a good review. All in all, it's a place to stay, great location for visiting other locations in town. Shuttle service was very nice and friendly. Most likely, I wouldn't fork over the cash to stay here again, but there are others close by that seemed a bit nicer looking.Walkability: Close to everything

We really enjoyed our first trip to Eureka Springs and our time at the Basin Park Hotel. The staff was hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the rooms and the building felt historic and genuinely preserved, and we loved the amenities like the restaurant, spa deck and game room. We did a few on-site activities and they were very cool; I would 100% recommend doing those. My favorite was the wine tasting out of the private collection of the owner, which he had stored up over decades. The shuttle was a game changer and we loved the driver. The location couldn’t be better; it’s surrounded by shops and restaurants. I loved how the Basin Park Hotel and the Crescent Hotel share some amenities so you really get the most out of your trip!Nearby activities: There was so much to do in immediate area of the hotel. We didn’t have to drive at all. The hotel has a shuttle that took us everywhere we needed to go.Walkability: Prime location and walkable to everything.
