The best tea around, and a kind owner as well.

You have to get their house made pumpkin spice tea. It is simply marvelous. Even my husband, who is not really a tea lover like myself, loved it enough to have another cup the next day.

Perfect cold brew. Where I am mostly a coffee drinker, the tea selection is intriguing. I will be back to try a few of them.

Hip, trendy, downtown coffee place with tasty teas and more. We enjoyed a delicious, string cold brew and a blackberry tea alongside the Cowboy Cookie. Check this place out because the drinks and especially THAT COOKIE are legit!

I was visiting for the weekend and wanted to get some tea for my girlfriend. I really appreciated the conversation I had with the man working behind the counter. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed to pick. 11/10 experience :)

My friend and I were looking for a coffee shop and came across Karma Kups. The staff was super nice and the store smelled really good. My friend had an iced matcha latte and she swears it's the best she ever had.

Yesterday we were downtown shopping and stopped in after climbing the rainbow tree stairs (if you've climbed them, you know what I mean lol). The owner is fantastic (and funny) - and their tea selection is so fun and adventurous. I had the dragonfruit iced tea and hubs had an iced mocha with CBD. They were both really good. Hubs said he didn't feel the CBD too much, but likely because of the medicinal medication already in his system. Such a nice stop and place to have in a world that seems so geared toward coffee drinkers, love that us tea snobs ;) have a go-to spot in Eureka.

My daughter was wanting to try tea for the first time. We tried the dragonfruit tea and it was really good. I tried Italian blood orange and it was just right. Engaging conversation and good prices on loose teas. We will continue to stop in when we are here.

I think 3 stars is being generous. I am an avid tea drinker and love to hunt down tea houses wherever my travels take me.My husband and I stopped by three. We were served only once. The first time, the open sign was ON. We were there around 2:30pm. (So, during business hours.) The door was locked. We waited around for about 40 minutes and no one ever opened the door. The next day, we saw there were people inside, so we stopped in. I got a golden milk latte, husband got a great mocha coffee, and we bought loose tea.Today, we wanted some more tea while out and about around 11:30am. The sign was ON. People were in the shop being served. By the time we parked and walked to the store... whoever was serving customers had dipped. The door was unlocked... so we waited. Inside. With NO ONE else there... for 20 minutes.Another customer came in looking for iced tea. She called out to see if anyone would come up front. Nothing. At one point someone came in a back door, talking on a phone, and then.... disappeared? Don’t know what they were doing but they never came to the front to serve us.We finally gave up and left. The two cups of tea we got on our second visit were good, if a little costly. But the strange hours and non-service was mind boggling. This place might be good IF someone actually properly runs it like a business that wants to serve people drinks.

In town for a visit and stayed at the hotel across the way. Thought I’d walk across the street and try this place out. It was 7:30am when I walked over and they weren’t open. A google search showed they were opening at 8am and had great reviews. So, I waited. And waited. Eventually I tapped on the window at 8:10am and an employee inside said they were closed. I guess the covid is killing every place and business in this town even though it appeared to be pretty busy. But again, every other shop opened at least 20 minutes after posted times. Maybe I’ll check back later.
