My husband and I stop here for some great conversation and delicious pretzel and pretzel dogs. We have an awesome experience everytime we go. The recipe is his own and so worth waiting for. It's not that long of a wait, like 5 min cuz there made to order! Please respect his store and rules! If you can't follow the rules then just don't go.
He was so nice and sociable, fresh hand rolled pretzels done in front of you, literally the BEST pretzel I have ever eaten. Will definitely come back next time we come here.
Absolutely amazing service. Great atmosphere. 100% will be coming back not only for the food but the experience.
The best pretzels in town! We have come to Eureka Springs for the last 3 years and this is a must go to for us before leaving downtown.. The pretzel dogs and pretzel brats are cooked perfect! The conversation with the owner is always a good one! Highly recommend if you're looking for a little something to grab while shopping!
Great handmade classic style pretzels. They also serve a nice selection of ice cream and frozen drink products. The owner is also very nice!
The business was closed for the day and had been for quite awhile. My husband and I had sat down for a minute. He comes charging out his door, again his business was closed, and rudely told us to leave. We have been long time customers from the beginning of the start of his business. I will NEVER spend my money there again!!! He's nice when you're handing him money, but rude otherwise. Very sad because his pretzels are very good. Hope he changes his attitude and realizes the people that are walking around ARE his customers.
the owner is super nice and it's cool how he makes the pretzel dogs right in front of you! great place to stop for a snack.
If you love handcrafted foods, the artistry of breads/pretzels, or just simply enjoy good food....you HAVE to stop here! The beat pretzel of my life!!! Thank you for the chat & hospitality!
My girlfriend and I had an awkward time buying a basic pretzel. To start off, the owner never welcomed us like all the other Eureka Springs shops do he actually just stared at us until we ordered. We were also victims of the whole no phone rule which there was no sign visible enough to know that so instead of telling us nicely he yelled at my girlfriend to put her phone away which simply isn't how you talk to customers buying your product. We've been visiting Eureka Springs my whole life being from Branson, Mo and this basic pretzel shop is the worst place we've visited in YEARS. The owner clearly has short man syndrome or was never taught basic communication skills either way it's not on par with other shops in the area.
Best pretzels I've ever had, do not pass up this amazing shop! Pretzel dogs were also super good. Everything was super fresh and made to order, short wait and worth it. Great owner as he looks out for his customers.
The owner is amazing. He has a great sense of humor. My 3 daughters and my wife loved how much fun he was and at the end he gave us a discount for being fun. Also the milkshakes were amazing.
The owner was rude. Was running people away from his shop during a Fourth of July celebration. Very un-American. Would not shop or buy anything from him. Yelled at a set of kids.
This place is amazing! The guy who runs the place is super nice and very personable! Yeah he’s a little blunt but it’s his place, he can run it how he wants and I love that! Everyone else writing a whole bunch of one star reviews are a bunch of Karen’s and Kyles. ?♀️ This is my favorite place to stop in Eureka Springs! Next time I come here I’m getting my dog dirty?
If we found Parkside Pretzel sooner, we would have eaten here multiple times! This little place right next to Basin Spring is ideally situated. You can eat on the outdoor tables, grab a bench in the park, or eat as you stroll along window shopping. The made from scratch pretzels were phenomenal! They are rolled and baked fresh for your order. They are wonderfully chewy, buttery, and salty. You will not get a cold, tough, pretzel here. His sauces are his own recipes and he uses Nathan's and Johnsonville brand hotdogs and sausages if you want them in a pretzel roll.Be prepared, the shop is very small and there is no indoor seating. Since the pretzels are all baked fresh for each customer expect a 5-15min wait. I don't consider this a downside since it's more than a fair trade for fresh, delicious pretzels.
He is so incredibly nice! His pretzel bites were yummy! Every time I went past he was closed but not today! Well worth it! Thank you kind sir
