The owner was great. He’s super funny and honest. He told me funny stories as I waited on my food. The pretzels were cheap and the best pretzels I’ve had. He even gave the cheese sauce for free. The place is pretty tiny so for anyone complaining about the 6 people limit you should learn how to read as the sign is right on the door. I imagine that it gets frustrating having to say the same thing all the time.

I don’t know how he’s still in business honestly! There’s plenty of other options downtown, I highly recommend going elsewhere. The second we walked into the door the owner was Very Rude for no reason! We had asked a simple question and he was so unnecessarily rude with his reply and was treating us as if we were stupid. We decided to go somewhere with a more friendly environment.

Waited for 40 mins in line and when I went to order the owner refused service because I asked for a hotdog instead of a pretzel dog. He told me doesn’t serve “entitled” customers. Super rude and do not recommend .

Food is overpriced and unfortunately the proprietor is impolite - made a rude comment about us being unable to count the number of people allowed in the shop as soon as we stepped in, before we'd even had a chance to realize the limit was 6 or how many people were in the store. Went on to give the customer in front of us a discount for "being able to count". The rude behavior certainly left a bad taste in our mouth. Plenty of other shops offer similar snacks & treats nearby - spend your money wisely!

Tried ordering Ice cream for 9 people, a bunch being kids, the only menu they have is inside so I tried taking a picture of the menu of the flavors to see what ice cream they all wanted and was told that there’s no photos allowed and then got kicked out with one child with me . Would not

Best damn pretzel I’ve ever had! and the owner Robert was a joy to talk to!
Never going back terrible service. He said none of the stores let you take pictures when that was the only store I saw a sign. The ice cream wasn’t half bad, I mean compared to the service the food looked like Gordon Ramsey made it.

The owner is SO nice! He was very hospitable and told us tourists about other local places to visit. The food was PHENOMENAL! All his own recipe and let me tell you - he did GOOD! Be sure to try some of the cheese sauce with your pretzel!

I got excited to go to this establishment whilst in town for the holidays! When I walked in I was met with an overwhelming array of what can only be described as a Walt Disney fever dream. The interaction with the guy working was incredibly hostile and it was not a good experience. I would not recommend coming here as the owner is not a kind soul.
