The food at Newks is always good but the african american girl that runs the register is a sweetheart and is what earned the 5 star review today. I've been there several times over the last 2 weeks and she's been very friendly with a big smile each time. These are the reasons I come back to restaurants. Good job.

I have to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Ally at Newks.My husband can be quite particular and had a ton of questions about our catering order.But Ally handled it like a pro, patiently answering every single one of his questions with a smile.I could see the look of relief on my husband's face as Ally took the time to listen and address his concerns.She never made us feel rushed or like we were being a nuisance.Her down-to-earth and friendly attitude made the whole process feel less stressful.If you ever find yourself in need of catering services at Newks and have a lot of questions or specific requests, don't hesitate to ask for Ally.Ally, thank you for going above and beyond.Would highly recommend Great Food & Staff!
The last 2 times I ordered take out something was missing. This time I used a free dessert reward & they did not put it in the bag & deducted it from my account. This location has gone downhill since opening. BEWARE!

Y’all forgot the croutons on my salad. :/I didn’t have a good day and just wanted a nice salad and Mac and cheese.Like actually how high was the person making my salad? It’s 1 of 5 things on a chicken Caesar salad. Lettuce included in that.Very sad and disappointed. A toddler would've made the salad correctly.Only giving 2 because the Mac and cheese was decent.

I PAID YOU for my order not the delivery service and you are responsible for making sure everything is in my order. You try to act like you're doing me a favor by making a fresh pizza. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. If I pay you for my food YOU are RESPONSIBLE to make sure I get my food and that all of the order is picked up. After reading all of the comments I should've known that you have a problem with customer service. I pray people read this and stop coming to your restaurant until it is under better management. Sir there is no pizza you are just now making it. At the very least you should've reimbursed me for the pizza. Ate a few weeks ago at this location, and the place was so cold it was like a freezer. It was colder inside than outside temperature. I was still cold even with a jacket eating. The people taking our order was even cold. Seems like the temperature is adjusted for the cooking area, not for the front. I even ask why it was cold, as I thought heat and air might have been malfunctioning. But the front help said it's been like that for awhile.
Saw a guy walk in twice and wait for service. He finally threw his hands up and said he gave them 2 tries....no one ever came up to the register to help him.4:09pm on Nov 8th

I was very disapointed with my food choice...I have not had Newks in a couple of months. I was looking forward to visit your eatery. I purchased Newks favovite and the chicken had chicken skin on it and the chicken had no flavor. It seems like its a well run store but the quality of food is questionable. The person taken the orders was to beat Taken to take are order and the people in front of us and behind us. Get real. Do your job. I watched and older man walk in stud there for 5 minutes will the guy was take to on of there friends. The old man looked at me threw his hands up and said I have given the two chances so I'm done and will not be back. I concur I won't be back either!
