You just can't emphasize enough how disrespectful and unprofessional the owner of this place is. Treats his customers with utter contempt. When I tried to tell him how his bad attitude would affect his business negatively, he actually tried to stare me down with some fake tough guy routine. It would have been funny were it not so pathetic.
Good: My daughter's baked ziti was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not so good: The pizza slice and stromboli my wife and i had though were about room temperature. They did go in the oven for a few moments after we ordered them, however, I think that brought them to room temperature as they were barely in long enough. I can't comment beyond that about the stromboli, however my pizza slice was mediocre at best. Likely would have been better were it hot and fresh.
Food is great! But calling them to place an order is impossible. They never answer the phone. So I have to go in order it and then wait 20-25 mins…..
I’ve tried calling in an order multiple times but no one ever answered the phone.
More of a 2.5 stars. The pizza just sits there and gets cold so when you pick out what pizza you want they stick it in the oven for a bit. Which would have been ok but they didn't leave it in long enough, it was a little over room temperature. It was still kind of good though and it was about 5 bucks. I give it a 'meh'
Customer service was lacking. Didn't listen to us ordering gave us wrong food. Had to go back and pay extra for things we ordered to start off with.
Terrible pizza and even worse customer service. Would wish this place on my worst enemy! Greasy, old, one of the worst pizza experiences ive ever had ?
I was craving pizza so drove to one near by and saw Sbarro. I was so excited, it brough me back to the old days when I had and it was as delicious as I thought it was, soft crunch of the dough, crunchy pepperonis, and wonderful service from Adam.
Ordered 32 bucks work of food had to throw my salad and breadsticks away….the salad i didn’t even try to eat but I should have known better being on a hot buffet type of set up….the lettuce was slimy and wilted, breadsticks where more like croutons….my spaghetti was eatable husband had Stromboli he like his. If I eat here again will stick with pizza.
Ordered a pizza through doordash. Sbarro used to be delicious. I received a pizza with enough cheese and Grease for 3 pizzas, about 6 pepperoni, and the crust was absolutely raw! Even tried to bake it longer, but the amount of cheese and grease was just too much. I could literally pull the dough crust up in strings with a fork. And not to mention virtually no sauce. It was terrible.
Stopped here for lunch and almost ate plastic that was in my stromboli......... wouldn't recommend
If i could give this a 0 star i would, the older man that works at the front taking peoples orders was extremely rude and needs to be fired. He got angry with me just i was trying to move out of peoples way after i told him i wanted a stromboli and didn’t mention i wanted a combo, he then called me out of my name and took my sons food away and told me to leave. When i was being nothing but calm, and never called him any names. all i asked him was why he was being so rude for no reason. he got even more angry when i asked and walked away with my food and proceeded to throw it away infront of me. there was no manager there so i could not talk to anyone about this experience. This was absolutely horrible: never going back there again.
Stood in line to order food. No one asked what I needed to I figured I'd order at the register. Wrong! Nope! She refused to take my order and by then there were several people behind me so she told me I'd have to go back to the end. Super rude won't be back!
Good service, good prices. However, the pizza I bought should have been baked a little longer. The crust needed some more time in the oven.
