We ordered to go on 3/10/24. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the place was dirty. The waitress behind the counter was on her phone. When she finally noticed me, she showed me where our food was. They were out of Strawberry shakes. We ordered Cole slaw and got fries. The staff behind the counter was not appealing, and our food was proof of that. Awful ! We’ve usually had decent food at this location.. but NOT TONIGHT! ??

I ordered all flat Asian Zing wings and Wiliam D decides to put dry wings instead. They are incompetent. They are also not all flat.Should have listened to John's review and not gone here.

A few weeks ago I would have given a very poor rating to this location due to the experience we had last time we went. We have been going to this Slim Chickens for many years and have always loved their food. It is has always been consistently good, with kind staff and a quiet and calming atmosphere. After the experience we had with the staff that day and after we finished eating I filled out the online survey that their staff uses to improve upon their location and I left my contact info in case a member of their management wanted to reach out for more information. I got a call from their manager on duty that night and I explained the situation in full (the online survey only lets you use so many letters), and she was completely understanding and baffled by what happened. She immediately took corrective action to keep the situation from reoccurring as well as offered compensation to make up for the situation. I didn't rate them immediately several weeks ago because we wanted to see what would come of the survey and I have to say, we were impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and conflict resolution the management has at this location. I truly believe the situation was 1 in a million and we have every intention of visiting this Slims for years to come.

We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches which were both thin and dry, and the fries were mediocre at best. Additionally, if you don’t want their “Signature Ranch Mayo” they have no standard mayonnaise available and will charge you for any other sauces. Overall, not a great experience. Do not recommend.

I had an unsatisfying first visit which had nothing to do with the staff, just bad timing. My order didn't live up to my expectations.My issue was resolved in a very nice way and my last experience lived up to my expectations!Great chicken and where else can you get good fried mushrooms
They have changed the way they make their chicken. Last time i ate here, the chicken was very dry and bad. I used to love Slims, but they just are not what they used to be.

Mediocre. Meal served about 3pm, food was hot, looked okay. Fried pickles VERY salty, Texas toast had a burnt aftertaste, undersized chicken tenders were okay, fries were okay, chicken sandwich didn't have any flavor (!!). Don't have this chain in Texas, so don't need to worry about avoiding it.
