I want to rent about the lack of professionalism and the seriously inappropriate attitudes these teenagers have but it's greenwood and the longer I visit Greenwood the more I realize it's pretty much the common theme here. From how expensive this basic food can be you would think they would pay these young young adults to have a little pride and professionalism but...well, that's Greenwood! They can open and close the same gas station three or four times in a couple years but God forbid they put a Quiznos or a deli in anywhere.

Great food, if you can get past all the attitude.I tried to call ahead and order, as that is the only pickup option, but no one would answer the phone. I thought perhaps they were busy, but when I arrived, not 1 was in the store, they just didn't feel like answering.The app doesn't work half the time, just sits there and loads, so if you are in a hurry, better eat someplace else.?

Every single time I do online order, my order is made wrong. It's made sloppy and wrong. Both ends just bread and everything just piled in the middle. My daughters salad was not cut up. I asked for extra veggies and didn't get it. I just tried calling 8 times and they don't answer. My husband literally just left and said they weren't busy so i doubt they got a rush within 10 minutes. 8 times and no one picked up. I just got off work, I don't want to go back into town to get it fixed so im going to eat this shiit but they need to know they need to do better. Online orders are JUST as important as in person orders. They don't read the notes on the online orders either. It's laziness and thinking they can get away with it because it's an online order. There is no excuse not to answer the phone either.
You have put a blinder in the way of seeing meats and cheese. I do not like it. Makes me wonder if everything is really freshly cut like you are claiming.

Sat in the drive-thru speaker for almost 15 minutes. Finally got order taken, then set at the window for another 15 minutes…watching others who went in after we ordered walk out with food….told the toaster just broke…ask-”can we just not toast yours”….ask for refund…we don’t know how to do that I’m not a
