I tried this food truck for the first time today for lunch and I will 100% be back!! Very nice people, very yummy and tasty food!! I got a half shrimp po boy and half crawfish étouffée and a side order of Boudin balls and it was all so good! The portions are plenty and the food was seasoned perfectly!
I ordered the crawfish etouffee, red beans & rice, and a boudin ball for dinner tonight. The food was seasoned to perfection. Everything that I ordered tasted delicious. The portions are generous for the price. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The owners are very kind and accommodating. This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last!
