BLUNTLY BOLD

clearly they like to argue with their customers as well. I've also heard them yelling at their employees. As well as stealing tips from underage employees one of them being a client I represent. so for you to turn around say this would never happen to defend yourself so quickly, as clearly it did. Why so defensive if this did not happen so you're calling your customer's Liars. I do not recommend going here at all the people are not polite, clearly as you see the response that this person had to my post this is not set in stone however I did get the reaction I wanted out of you because this did happen and you refuse to do anything about it and called me a liar at the time too so I have proved my point thank you. Case rested. It was dirty. I seen a mouse in the dining area. Also found a bug in my soup. I could here my waiter arguing with the manager that he wasn't going to serve me a bowl of soup with a bug that had been in it this was all after I had sent it back. The manager told my waiter to take the bug out and take it back out to me. I wouldn't recommend this place. Everything seemed good up until that point. It's a nice looking place. But that one incident ruined it for me.

Went here on date night with my wife. 70$ for 4 uneventful and unflavored spring rolls, and two bowls of second rate soup. Please go to the store and cook at home. You'll thank me. Maybe look up some recipes and learn to cook something new together! ❤️On second thought we did get a mango drink and a tia tea as well as tipped our server 20%ish . It came out to $57 something with a $13 tip. No going back. I hope you just don't go. Also... food was smelly in a not so great way.

Super good! We both had the vermicelli, which was excellent, so I don’t know about their Pho. The egg rolls were particularly good.

This location looks great from the outside and the inside! The service was friendly but slow. They seemed understaffed the day we went. There was one server for lunchtime on a Friday. The taro fries were good but small portions. Same for the vietnamese eggrolls. The pho was also small, the noodles were over cooked when it got to the table. I also didn't enjoy having to request every single condiment and napkin. There was nothing on the table and it may have been different if the service wasn't so slow. Either way, run of the mill and I won't be back. You should try it for yourself though!

The staff was pretty nice. They were short staffed so we understood the long 40 minute wait to get our food. However, we were highly disappointed that after waiting so long our food was cold. The flavor was good, but we couldn’t enjoy it. On top of that, we received steamed rice instead of fried rice and the waitress was adamant that’s what we ordered. She wasn’t rude, but didn’t rectify the issue. We even asked if we could just order a side of fried rice and she told us no we would have to order a whole new plate. I feel like they could have accommodated our request because of how long we had to wait. We ended up just taking our food to-go with hopes of warming it up at the hotel

Fantastic food and service! The spring rolls, crab Rangoon, and pho were all excellent. My spouse ordered a new special for his entree, and it was also delicious. You can tell everything is fresh and quality ingredients. This was our first time but we’ll be coming back when in Hot Springs!

What a pleasant surprise! Our friendly waitress Erica guided us in the right direction and we absolutely loved our food! The homemade dumplings are fantastic and we enjoyed our appetizers (egg rolls & shrimp spring rolls). Come hungry because the pho bowls are a lot of food! Wish we lived closer because we would definitely eat here often! Great job Pho House team!???

Great food. Spring rolls and dipping sauce fantastic, pho was rich but not greasy, authentic meat balls and tender brisket, viet lemonade made a great dessert. Ordered the spring rolls to go at the end of the meal and it took a little longer do to being busy. I was told the owner chipped in and helped with my order.?
