First time at this place and i was not impressed. The food was ok .. but the bread was soggy. And the fountain drink was carbonated bad and they wouldnt change them out. Instead gave us bottles. I highly recommend subway from now on. 5 or 6 ppl on duty. And they were all rude. Didnt seem like they cared at all about us even being there or making our order worth the amount we spent.

Love the turkey bacon ranch sub. My absolute favorite. ?
Was there around 8:00 at night. They were out of all soups and chili. My sub was sloppy and not made the way I requested. Going there was not a good experience.

Service was very slow. Food was good. Lots of meat on my Hero. Lots of dirty tables. Girl did clean one off for us. We had 6 in our group and was on the same bill. We were first in line when we arrived. After quite a bit of time 5 of us got our sandwiches. The last sandwich came out a few minutes later. The Firehouse Sub Shop on Red Wolf Blvd. in Jonesboro is the best of its 2 locations.

Service very slow. Lots of employees. Tables were not cleaned. Sandwiches were very tasty! Everyone at our table got their food except one. They had to wait even longer to get their sandwich. Don't think I'll be back to the Southwest Drive location. I do love the Red Wolf Blvd. location. It is has absolutely amazing food and is very clean.
