Nothing but straight fat in my pork sandwich and wasn’t fresh after I asked was it fresh . He was also very rude that should’ve been my red flag there . He gives off racist vibes I’m sorry to have to right this review but it’s the truth . And he doesn’t even do refunds

Moved to Jonesboro 3 years ago and this was the best bbq I've had since we moved here.

Stopped by this barbecue food truck and was pleasantly surprised by the food. I ordered a regular, brisket sandwich and it was honestly some of the best brisket I have had in this area. The BBQ in this area is dominated by pork items so good, beef barbecue is rare. The only knock I could give this place is the menu seems limited but it makes sense given it is a food truck. I liked it and I will be back.

Bill and his food truck is amazing! I am a venue owner & have had him several times at our location. Each time the food is absolutely delicious! He is quick to set up and has great friendly service!

They serve, hands down, the best ribs I’ve eaten in the LC Valley. I do not know what meth they use, but I was addicted from the first bite.

Every now and then, if you're lucky, something really special comes your way. Last week, for me and my partner, this was the Open Range truck. In the middle of rural Washington, after a long and dusty hike, we happened upon one of the best meals of our lives. Not only that, but Bill's generosity meant we were nourished in both body and soul. Bill earned two fans for life and we can't wait for our next meal and conversation.

A little pricey but the ingredients are fresh. My husband and I stopped by the food truck by WinCo to pick up some dinner after grocery shopping. The burger was delicious: juicy, flavorful, and on Texas toast which added that garlic flavor. We will be back
