good service and great food

The food is great, people are so nice, and loved the atmosphere!

The cheese sticks had no cheese inside the manager did bring another order they was like the first half our crab legs had no meat in them then one of our orders didn't come out of kitchen until everyone else was finished eating was a bad experience

I absolutely loved the food ! I would highly recommend, best seafood around this area. Worth the drive.

The food was horrible, my lobster tails were so over cooked it was hard to eat them. I asked for spicy but it wasn't spicy at all it was very salty and so was my daughter food. This is the second time so we probably won't be back the for is to expensive to not be cooked right

The service was fine however the phones are very hard to hear through.

The food however was just okay. The crawfish tasted watery with very little flavor but the season was what made it decent. The crab was pretty good. I didn’t really experience the atmosphere but from the few minutes I was in the restaurant the staff seemed nice.

Food and service good, buy if you want it lobster don't get it here! They bring you a lobster tail 3 inches long. Piece of corn bigger than the lobster tail and they charge too much for the size

Paid over $100 for my food, got all the way home (out of town) missing my half of my order in both bags! At that time it was too late to drive back to Jonesboro. My shrimp wasn’t even cooked all the way.

We arrived with the parking lot nearly full on a Saturday night. Got seated right away! We had the C1 with cajun seasoning and garlic butter. Food was delicious! Definitely going back!

Good prices at lunch. Definitely a good change from traditional Red Lobster feel. Waiters have been consistent. I do believe that their catfish is imported though.

Called my food in 2 hours ahead of time. They asked for my number so i was expecting a call back for when my food would be ready. Didn’t receive a call so i came around 7. They said the kitchen FORGOT my order. So i had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be made. They then said they don’t call when orders are ready so what’s the point of asking for my number. I asked for an adjustment on the bill for the unprofessionalism and bad service. They said no and expected me to pay regular price. Will not be coming back. Calling corporate immediately.

Awesome food wife and I shared one boiled bag of lobster tail with 1/2 lb of Shrimp and sausage we have leftovers
The Hushpuppies were outstanding
