Upon coming in, the room we reserved had been given to someone else. One of our persons had to sleep on the floor the first night. Ms. Stella quickly quickly and efficiently addressed the issue. Because of her, our visit was enjoyable. Thanks, Ms. Stella.

The food was good I had breakfast and they was about to close the morning chef made us some good French toast.

Disappointed. Closed earlier on Monday for food and Wednesday for drinks even though they advertised that they close at 11 pm and stop food at 10 pm. The male server didn't care and felt empowered to close early even though the General Manager on Monday said they are not authorized to do so.

This place is awful. The service was ok except she never bothered to ask how my food was and the food was terrible! The turkey club looked like a 9 year old got a few slices of turkey and a couple pieces of bacon and threw it on some toast. The waitress said they are supposed to have a big meeting tonight because of complaints after I told her how bad the sandwich was. She was not surprised! Hope the meeting goes well and they find a chef!

Dreadful dining experience. I don’t know why I keep giving hotel restaurants chances. I ordered steak & frites, medium temp, which is a simple dish and simple cut of meat to cook. However, the steak was cut into chunks prior to cooking and appeared to have been boiled or fried. There were absolutely no visible traces of the steak touching a grill or cooking surface. The meat was just gray and still rare and cold at the center. There was no seasoning on it other than a sauce. I sent it back asking if they boiled their steaks. They took it away saying they would upgrade the steak. While this was a nice gesture, it takes longer to cook a filet than a flat iron. I was not surprised when they brought another series of gray, unseasoned chunks of filet with no cooking marks that was medium rare at best, but mostly rare and cold. They comped it and I left disgusted instead of full. Just get something that’s almost impossible to mess up like something fried or a sandwich.

The chicken caesar salad was delicious and filling. The service was friendly and prompt. The dining area was cozy. The salad was expensive at $14.

Kallie was wonderful, very bubbly and inviting. Great conversationalist and helped me with any questions I had. The food was excellent! Had a turkey sandwich and salad, generous portions and very delicious!

Haven't tried this place but I decided to leave a rate. I think this place might be Creole and or have a Haitian inspired cuisine. So I would have loved to try some of their food looks good based off pictures and reviews. The Coleslaw really is different and I like that.

Leo, Tracy, Terry food was good and cashier nice.
I had a pleasant time at this restaurant and these 3 people made it enjoyable and yes, I will be eating there again thanks Bridges for the great hospitality. Keep up the good work Cassandra Hilton
