For almost $300 for 4 guest, I certainly did NOT expect to bite into a piece of metal wire from a grill brush that was included in a plate of blackened chicken fettuccine. This could cause major health problems if swallowed. It ruined dinner for everyone at our table because we were all looking for wire in our food after that but apparently removing the one plate from the ticket was the solution. No manager ever visited our table which I felt was definitely warranted in a so called professional establishment. This was our first time eating here and a disappointing experience.The $56 Author’s filet could have been much much better. Didn’t even come with a single side or even garnished with a couple of asparagus.Nothing was special which contradicts the hype I’ve heard. Torn upholstery, half the table lights were out, including ours. No one greeted at the door, I could go on and on.We easily could have gotten 4 steak dinners with 8 sides & rolls for $60 elsewhere and without the wire.

The Snapper was too tough for my preference, and the oysters were a little chewy. The ? roll was good, but its presentation may want to be reevaluated...see for yourself.

Always great food & service. My wife & I love this restaurant. Greatttttt sushi hands down always satisfying. Take friends from out of town they love it also. Nice atmosphere and always great service. Management is very friendly and supportive. Salmon or the steak are some of our favorites. Thanks Ray

NOT impressed with Oceans at Arthur’s AT ALL and won’t be back. Specifically, I ordered the gumbo. I had to send it back. Their idea of gumbo is a tomato soup with okra in it, and maybe a shrimp or two. We also ordered six oysters on the half shell grilled. These were edible but no way rivals The Oyster Bar!!. We had the roll with salmon on top that was kissed slightly by the fire, and also the lobster roll. Those were good but not the best sushi I have at other places. I ordered fish and chips as a replacement for my gumbo, and was severely disappointed in that as well. At best this was four fillets of pre-frozen, battered fish, laying a top of stale potato chips. The waitress ask about that as I set the plate to the side and I said the chips are stale. All she said was oh I’m sorry. I said you should let them know. She said OK I will. No mention of a credit for the final bill for the fish and chips. With drinks from the bar and the expensive items we ordered we spent well over $300 including tip. Our bad.

love it!Our serve and service was great. Best sushi in W.LR.Kid-friendliness: We were sat with other famous family's worth children. Really was great. Other restaurants other customers would just stare as a kid laugh too loud.Not at Ocean's. Our family was blessed to our selves and enjoy a good family dinner. Thank you Ocean's for caring for the little ones.
