I was not so impressed. We had rib tips which were mostly fat, dirty rice that had so much red or cayenne pepper that no one in my household eat it and the mac and cheese could have used more cheese and flavor. The customer service was top notch and you get your food fast. Prices are reasonable.

This is some of the best BBQ in Arkansas. I've tried a lot of places but they don't have the variety along with quality like Platinum BBQ. The service matches as well. I had cabbage and greens for the sides and both were seasoned well and cooked amazingly. I also had smoked sausage, beef, beef ribs, oxtail and pork ribs. Now let's be real. The amount of food you get for the price is absolutely worth it! ALL The BBQ WAS SMOKED TREMENDOUSLY AND WAS SOOOO TENDER. If you want good BBQ this is the place to go. They are having smoked lamb next week and I am going.
Come hungry! The food is so good and they make sure you're well- fed. I would recommend the brisket 7 days a week! My kids loved it and now we'll be making this a regular stop when we're in Little Rock!
During the holidays I wouldn't get my hopes up because I have been waiting to try their food but they have been closed all week. A lady told me that they were going to open today and I go down there and they were closed.

First time trying the food. Staff is good and friendly. Food hot and you get a good amount. They really need a stand alone restaurant and I think they would do great. I got the BBQ loaded fries and my friend got ox tails and mac and cheese. We also got fish to go....lol Will be going back food was great.

Feeling totally hurt order my food was told to wait 3 minutes on cornbread and it turnt into 30 by that type I lost my appetite
Totally worth the 3 hr drive. I loved the ribs nice & tender, brisket was falling apart so easily with extra BBQ sauce it was DELICIOUS. The broccoli cheese rice I could eat the whole thing, the oxtails man we should have bought them all to take home. Can't wait to go back again. Not to mention the staff was awesome.Parking: Free street parking only on weekends. Thanks to the nice ppl of that community we found out quickly, tight spaces though we drive a SUV so it was slightly hard to find a spot

Went in for lunch to see what was on the line. Told the lady I wanted Turkey wings and the man behind me yelled he wanted to try to the oxtails. The lady serving slipped my order completely to fix the oxtails and proceeded to hold an entire conversation as if I wasn’t standing there. I have never tried the food and after this, I have no interest in trying.

I don't even have the words! Everything was beyond delicious! We would travel from St Louis to PLATNUM BBQ anytime! We look forward to eating there again and again! We went there to get BBQ, but once we saw ALL the SOUL FOOD we changed our minds.We don't have any pictures, because we started eating AS SOON as we sat down!!! We had oxtails, turkey wings, candied yams, green-beans, broccoli rice casserole, jambalaya AND sweet tea!!We were very pleased that the quality and quantity matched the price. Well worth every dollar we paid.Hats off to all the staff, from the chef to the counter!We'll be back for the BBQ.Your friends in ST LOUIS MO
