We stopped for gas nearby and, based on other user reviews, decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It's so bright and clean; very charming and decorated with hand carved, painted furniture from Mexico. The restaurant seems to be family run and our waiter was a young man in his teens I'd think. Ran across this place by accident on a trip. It turned out to be a great stop. The waitress made a suggestion for us try. I can't remember the name of it, but it was like a variety of fajita meats in a bowl with all the fixings. It was wonderful.

January 2018

Was driving through and decided to stop and eat in Lonoke instead of Little Rock. After reading the reviews I decided to try Senor Picante and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and neat inside, the service was pretty good, food came fast, and was cheaper than most places. Only downside was probably serving size but overall I really enjoyed this as a lunch stop.
