First time at the grove and we had a good time. From walking in the door, being checked in, locking up phones, to being seated and served, it was easy and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I liked the different types of seating options. I was disappointed that a lot of the menu items they have on their website are not available on the actual menu but the food was decent that we did end up having. The servers were friendly and helpful and even the owner stepped in to help grab dishes or ask if anything was needed when the staff was getting bogged down a little at times. I will plan on coming back again. ?

We had a cheese burger and it was rare and the fries were cold. We asked for ketchup and they gave us some packets of ketchup. The artichoke dip was bland. It had no salt in it. The table next to us also had a rare cheeseburger. Our server had our table the the table beside us and then the rest of her tables were on the upper level. She didn’t come by to check on us very often. She even apologized for taking so long when she came to our table the first time. We arrived 1 hr before the show and the room barely had any people there. The atmosphere was nice other than the wait staff were constantly walking in front of us through the entire show distracting us from the stage.

They have the process down. We line up at the front door, they check us in by name, lock our phones, and walk us to our seats. We drink, eat, mingle with people around us. Easy. The waitstaff seems to work hard, the hosts are upbeat and welcoming, but most importantly the restrooms are clean! During the show, there's a way to signal you need table service. Every seat is a pretty decent seat in the house. Last time I was there I saw Dave Koechner and the experience was hilarious while kind of intimate too. It's not like I have tons of other options for comedy clubs but this one is great. I'll be back, of course.

Our waitress was super nice but i i had to order the same 2 waters 3 times over the course of 40 minutes. When i order my mixed drinks she would being them to me as a shot with no mixer. Its not what i ordered. Also we where a table of 2 and she charged the service charge (tip) of 20% on our bill. But the 1st bill brought put did not have it. I only noticed when my card was ran the ampunt was different. Also amd i get it but no cell phones allowed and they have to be locked into a case with no window. So if your a diabetic and you depend on your phone for readings guess what your sol unless you want to go to the front and have them unlock the non see thru case they lock your phone in. I understand why they do it but for people who utilize as more than a phone it makes things difficult. The show was amazing. Ill definitely go back and hooe for better service.

Great club with a variety of fantastic comics. The GOAT Lab brews are real authentic German beer. The food is top notch and surprisingly affordable. The service is great.

We went on a very busy night (New Years Eve) so we didn’t get ANY service at all. We had to wave someone down multiple times and still didn’t get good service. The margarita I ordered was the worst margarita I’ve ever had. The atmosphere and ambiance was beautiful. There were three people performing. The first two were great but the main liner was not funny at all.

This is terrible comedy. Wonderful openers but VERY terrible headliners. I am SHOCKED. Don’t waste your money, Black Apple in Springdale has amazing comedy for free on Thursday nights with wonderful locals and even some from out of town. Don’t waste your money here. Also, the hostess is… hectic and anxiety inducing.

I've never been to a comedy show before and I had a great time! The food was pretty good and the service was good too! I haven't enjoyed myself that much in a long time! Will definitely return.

The owner should have kicked the first bald head comedian off the stage when he started joking about school shooting on Saturday night before Mike Baldwin, there's alot more to joke about rather then school shooting.

Plenty of seating, the servers do their best with the tight quarters up front and in the dark. Not a bad view in the place of the stage. Food was good and drinks too. The only thing, is the Grove sign behind the performer is highly reflective, so the spotlights bounce back and can be a bit harsh for the audience. And I lucked out with a great national comedienne, so my first time was a good time! Btw, they do have u mute your phones and put them in a locked pocket, that they will unlock as you leave. Just fyi. No issue for me as I was warned ahead of time, so I just left my phone in the car. Was quite nice to not have the crutch and distraction that is our phones!

Should have read better on the menu that they add 20 % to all parties I would not of added 20 % on our bill, not accustomed to tipping 40% otherwise an enjoyable evening ... food was good and reasonably priced. The comedy acts were excellent
