Good sonic till it wasn't. It was even slow when we went, and the drinks were so messed up we just handed everything back to them and left. SMH can't trust the food order is right if they can't get the drinks right, plus it looked like the cream in our slushes was curdled too. Gross and sad!

My wife ordered a number 15 and they didn't give her any salsa for her burrito and they didn't put any ketchup in the bag either. I pushed the button and asked them for some salsa and for some ketchup.and they refunded to bring any out. That's bad service And to top it off my sausage croissant was hard as a rock and the tater tots tasted very stale. I will not be coming back to this sonic or my family. Bad food, Bad service, and Bad atmosphere.

Carhop must have misheard me when she asked when I wanted salsa for my burrito. I called back and asked for some and she said "well I asked and you said no but I will have some right out." Waited like 15 mins she never brought any. She was the only carhop though which should have never been. There were like 10 vehicles and it was 5:30 pm. Also I didn't get ketchup either. Idk why sonic stopped putting them in bags.

This is the worst sonic I've been to. We asked for a chocolate milkshake and a cranberry half and half tea. We didn't get what we paid for. The chocolate milkshake tasted either rotten or had cream cheese in it. Either way, we threw it away immediately as we didn't think it was safe to drink. Also, my tea has zero cranberry in it. Needless to say, you don't get what you pay for. If you can, pass thru. I don't imagine if they can't even get their drinks right, that they would get their food right..

No fries or tots. System seems not to working, had to tell them what stall I was ordering from. Didn’t get my order correct, had to go back to get the rest of the order. It is weird to get put on hold, but every time. Rethinking my using the restaurant
Ordered 2 shakes and a grilled cheese was waiting for 25 minutes on my order just to be brought out melted ice cream. Makes me sad cause I love sonic but this one is so hit or miss anymore.

We have not been back for food, to this location, in a while. Something is always "not available", or prepared wrong, or over cooked, or something. No difference this time. Ordered pickle fries, which cost more, and they have none. Ordered no lettuce on my sandwich and it was loaded with it. My chicken was over cooked and the bun was almost burnt. My husbands medium tots included 8 tots. We normally go to another Sonic on our way home so we don't have to deal with this. Last time I was shorted items and waited AN HOUR for my order, I was told I would receive a refund, Never happened.

What are the correct hours? Woke up early and went to grab breakfast for my family. Ours says it opens at 6 yet no one was there. Hours very much needed updating to show correct service hours.

Thought I would try this sonic one more time, and it failed big time.This is the last time I stop at this sonic in Mansfield. They didn't get my husband's order correct wasn't even close to what he ordered. And the cookie daugh sonic blast I ordered only has a few cookie pieces on the very top nothing mixed into blast.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SONIC.
