Took over 40 minutes to get my order no silverware included none of the extra condiments i asked for and got my order wrong the first time. This is beyond the worst service ive ever experienced there! I will definitely not be back until they can fix their chaos

This was my very first time there. To be totally honest, my spouse and I were both unimpressed and underwhelmed. The service was mediocre, the food in the good wells were like warm, not hot as they were supposed to be. The food itself Itself was unexciting... Dry, bland, and just under boring. The One time ever3 months that we go out to eat, we expect AT LEAST AVERAGE FOOD AND SERVICE. What we experienced we could have stayed home and at least there we could have had privacy, a cool movie and created a SPECIAL MEAL, NOT PICKED OVER BY A THOUSAND PEOPLE. I DO NOT post many bad reviews at all, but after looking at the restaurants ads I thought this was the place. IT IS NOT!

Got the catfish, which really wasn't catfish, asked for it to be fried hard, and it wasn't nor did it have any seasoning. the only thing good was the hush puppies

I waited forever in the drive thru. My order was wrong. The ribs were nasty. The beans tasted like pork n beans with ketchup and pepper. Will not go back.
We had the fish plates yesterday , everything was cooked to perfection and the staff was very friendly and efficient . We always enjoy going there !

BBQ Shack is my favorite to get pulled pork in Paragould. I was the winner of a barbecue platter and I picked that up today. And never fails to please the pulled pork was succulent, the coleslaw was crisp and juicy and just the right amount of sweetness, it is Mayo based yay. I got two other sides which I chose beans and fries. Let's talk about the perfect check fry they are crispy and just the right size where they have enough potato we goodness and seasoned perfectly. Even if I had not won this platter, I order this platter quite often if I'm wanting leftovers for the next day. If not I just get the pulled pork because I can't just not get a pulled pork sandwich when I come here even if I've ordered a different entree. Because let me tell you they don't only just do good barbecue here. They're fish, they're chicken, their ribs, are all above and beyond the standards of deliciousness. In conclusion you're not going to get any better yum for your money! Oh I almost forgot two of their most famous items they're Shack tater and their Shack fries and I am a potato person. Those are off the charts good so you have to try those at least once in your lifetime probably twice though LOL. Seriously though if I could have given more than five stars I would have because I tell everybody about Barbecue Shack.

I decided to take my man to Bbq Shack for Veterans Day. He was highly disappointed. His fish was on top of his fries that cause the fries to be soggy. The fish was hot and it was good to him. The baked potato is where he was VERY upset. The baked potato look like it was just put in the container and didn’t even look appetizing nor was it hot. That meal was $17. I guess we won’t be back unless it’s in the building where he can show them. 👎🏾👎🏾
