Great place to get cookies at I work at Claires and came in around 11 today to get a couple of cookies and a drink I was short on money about 80 cents and Tanya help me out always a great place to go her manager is great as well thanks

Thank you Tonya and Kayla for going way beyond the extra mile for me today! I came in for just a basic cookie slice and they didn't have any prepared just it. I had a few errands to run and was going to come back and grab one for my husband for our anniversary. I legit almost cried from the kindness and extra mile they put into this slice of heaven.

Cookie was exactly as expected from this chain. Employee was super unhelpful and unfriendly. No eye contact, no smile, no variation in tone. Would not come back to this location.

Ordered online since we would be passing thru Rogers, AR from Oklahoma. They did an amazing job! The cake was perfect for my daughters birthday! Thank you!!!

Hey GACC… the price has gone up substantially (which I fully understand), but the cookie getting extremely thin is just unacceptable to me. We buy a lot of cookie cakes here, but can’t continue to if the cookie is going to be about an 1/8” thick. Let’s get back to basics.

I was picking up a cookie cake in the middle of a downpour and the employees had the box wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet on the walk to my truck. I appreciated it.

All the cookies are great, I have never tasted a bad one, Also my favorite type of cookies to get are the regular sugar cookie, Double Doozie, or their colossal cookies. They can also make any cookie into a Double Doozie.Service is great, and extremely patient with me.I do need help with scanning my receipt to get points on the app, if that’s possible.

I am giving them 2 stars because the cookie did look really nice. The cookie itself had absolutely no flavor, and the icing was just way too sweet. I tried eating the cookie without the icing... it didn't taste any better. I ended up just throwing the whole thing away. I wasted $40.00 on this...I will not be getting another one.
